This wonderful place can be found in the center of the city. The rooms are furnished with love and each of it has its. own theme. The rooms are spaceous as well are the bathrooms. Enjoy some food from the bar and a glass of wine while you are there.

the place was absolutely lovely, the room very spacious, clean and has everything I needed. The location is perfect and the staff are lovely. My only slight inconvenience was that there was no WiFi in the rooms. I informed the staff members on this and sure they'll take care of it shortly.

It was really hot in the room when we came - but there is a aircon so you can cool it down any time. Maybe a secon room card would be good, as without you don't have power to charge stuff or leave the aircon on while you're away. Also people should know that the access to the room is only a narrow staircase and through the narrow restaurant - so if you have big and heavy luggage you shoul consider it. Parkin with car also not possible next to the hotel, as it is old town. we came with motorbikes, so it was no problem for us!

The room is outstanding, even a fireplace inside! The style, furniture, bathroom - everything was really comfy and beautiful, we felt outstanding here. Next time we come to Udine we will definitely stay here again - maybe check out different rooms - the style of this place is simply amazing! Bathroom was big enough, bed was comfortable, we had enough place for our stuff! The location couln't be better, enough restaurants and caffees around, you even get a discount in the pastry next door for the breakfast and great coffee! Recommend!

Lighting in the room was a little too dark.

Communication prior the visit was not optimum (I sent couple of emails with no reply) but once there it was really good.

The room was as on the pictures and the location is fantastic. And I am not talking about the wine bar / restaurnant (osteria) downstairs :) Fantastic vines and food.

Sleep in the city - live the city - enjoy the vibe. This is the perfect place to stay. The warm and friendly staff will welcome you and support you. The rooms are specious and especially the bathrooms are on the next level compared to what you will find anywhere else in Italy. And if you are in the mood for dining - don´t forget to book a table and have a glass of wine.

We had a very, very poorly soundproofed room. We could hear every step or move of the upstairs Neighbour and their late night activities. But - as we just stayed for one night we didn´t really bother asking for change. As it was a very Hot Day/Night we used the A/C but it didn´t really help, probably because of its age.

We stayed for one night and for what we needed, the Location was great. The Staff was nice and helpful. Also it felt secure. The roomsize was great, Bed was comfy and the Bathroom was amazing, I wish it would have been winter so I could have tried the Jacuzzi-like Bathtub. For High-Season Price was good.

Very good price, very beautiful room, clean and quiet in a very nice old building in the middle of the historical center of Udine. Literally surrounded by the best places of interest in the old town.

The room is facing an internal courtyard, so quite dark. So if you want to read or do some smartworking just forget it. Wi fi connection is also not very powerful. The other weak point is the noise. You hear clearly your neighbours and the people that use the stairs.

The location is great. The staff also is very nice. The room is nicely decorated, perhaps too much. Clean bathroom and room. A big plus is that this is a Locanda so you can stay at the terrasse or in the restaurant where they serve great food and drinks - and prices are quite good.
