There was nothing that we didn't like.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good and tasty breakfast. Private parking in the backyard. We were allowed to keep our food in private kitchen's fridge. Big comfortable beds.

An incredible place with a beautiful atmosphere, the location was close to the centre and the attention to clients was perfect, but the best thing was the delicious breakfast they provided.

Although the room was very functional (see bathroom), the interiors were very basic and did not match the exterior of the building. Breakfast was good but could have been improved as there were cheeses that needed to be cut and no scrambled eggs (there was an excellent frittata with vegetables, but should anyone not want those there was no other egg option)

We stayed to break in two our long journey to toscana from central europe. Thus the position was great for us because it was on the way yet close enough to garda for an evening stroll. But if you were to stay for the lake you’d have to drive 15 min each way (not such a problem, but the parking could be). Bathroom was very nice too.

The breakfast must be improved. The parking facility is not great but still available considering how small the town is. Would be better if they provide more facilities in the room.

The place was good and well located in terms of accessibility to the lake. The rooms were large and decently equipped. The rooms were also clean and beds were comfortable.

The Room near to us was really loud. The kids ( we also have kids) were playing until 23:00..

We had the Bedroom on the 3rd Floor for 5 People ( 2- Bedrooms). The size was great. Bathroom is really small, but for a night it was ok.

Better organization at the check-in would have been nice, so that an interruption at the room after few hours post check-in to ask for more information wouldn't be necessary. Furthermore - was shown parking lot, but not which specific place, and obviously parked on the wrong one (out of approximately 15, only two were reserved for the hotel guest, but not marked as such). Few hours later a very unfriendly man from the hotel knocked and asked how we could park there, the police will come and fine us, and so on. After explaining that we were told to park there by one of this employees, he didn't get friendlier. Very unpleasant. Existing English skills on their side would have avoided such miscommunication.

very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and the entrance to the parking lot. the hotel has no sign at all

We liked it.very clean.cleaned every day in the room.good breakfast.the hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner and this is a big plus since it is very difficult to find a normal restaurant in this area.the place is quiet and well maintained.

A complete surprise. Great communication with extra friendly staff. Superior breakfast with lots of choice including fresh seasonal fruit Highly recommend eating in the attached restaurant downstairs for dinner. Was truely delicious and highly recommend. Clearly extra effort in menu, presentation. Exceeded our expectations Beware was fully booked out with locals and by luck we got the last table in house.

Room was a little bit small to move around comfortable with 2 luggages otherwise it is a very nice place

Very nice and helpful staff, speaking English and German and the hotel has a restaurant downstairs in a classic Italian courtyard setting that makes the experience a little more authentic. Restaurant is closed on Tuesday which opened up the opportunity to try another place in this little town recommend by the hotel staff which was equally as good

The owner was very helpful.Location very comfortable as starting point for visiting all area of Lago di Garda and Verona. Restaurant in the Locanda was great, with great food. Breakfast was really good. Room is big, with everything you need. I will recommend this place special for families.

A bit dated and simple decor but clean

Keep in mind you are booking a locanda it is not an hotel. It’s like staying at a B&B Staff is helpful and with a smile. Breakfast was generous and tasty.

We liked everything and will make this place our standard for our upcoming Italy breaks in the spring.

The owner and staff were lovely, very good location close to restaurants and cafes and the market, close to the lake and to the motorway to Venice and Verona. Make sure you try the owner's special home made pasta. We will definitely come back.
