Beautiful brand new rooms above a lovely restaurant. The shower was amazing, could have spent the whole night in there! Location was great, parking in the nearby streets and a few local eateries. Only steps away from the lake and a glimpse from the balcony.

The property was in the perfect location - about 200m from the water and amazing places to eat all around. The room was clean and spacious with access onto a gorgeous terrace. The staff were incredible - I’d book again next time to see them again. Absolutely in love with Mandello!

it is really overwhelming when it comes to choosing a right place to stay in the lake como area, and we definitely got so lucky to stay here! Roberto is amazing, a true gem, helped us out with so many insight recommendations and just had such a cool vibe to him. the hotel is located in a quiet town very close to everything. honestly wish we could stay longer. the room was spacious and got cleaned every day, filled up with water and some snacks. on the ground floor there's a restaurant that is connected to the hotel, serving traditional food and drinks, it came in handy.

This was honestly the perfect place to stay to visit Lake Como! We loved Mandello as a base to explore the rest of Lake Como, and Mandello itself was a lovely quaint town with good ferry and train links. Roberto was also always there to help with anything we needed. There was also a restaurant downstairs which we didn’t visit but looked lovely. The room was lovely and spacious and even had a kitchenette which we didn’t know about upon booking which was a fab surprise. We also had a lovely view of the lake from our room. I think it was incredible value for money, especially when comparing other places along the lake. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Lake Como.

The perfect location to explore Lago Como by ferry (the port is just a few steps away), Locanda Alberti, with its easy self-check-in and helpful instructions and modern amenities, is a great place to return to after a day spent around the lake. Mandello del Lario is a beautiful quiet town with a relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice and charming hotel! We had dinner in the restaurant there, great food. Easy communication with the owner via Whatsapp, he was very friendly. We liked our room with a great view on the mountains, church and village! Check-in & check-out was very easy. Enjoyed our stay a lot!

What an amazing place to stay at Lake Como! Everything about this place was perfect. The host was very fast when communicating via WhatsApp and he made sure I was ok during my stay. My room was in immaculate condition and the bed was extremely comfy. The shower was amazing as well as all other amenities in the room. There’s also a beautiful patio area which guests can sit at. I wish I had time to stay at Locanda Alberti for more than one night. If I return to Lake Como I will repeat my stay☺️!

The only downside I could see is the parking (lack of it) but we did manage to get a free spot some 450m from the property.

The room was fabulous, great location for our needs, overall it’s a lovely place to stay. the people here are friendly, helpful & welcoming. The restaurant downstairs & quality of food was absolutely superb.

If I could rate everything higher than a 10, I would in a heartbeat. The buildings and my room were beautiful. It's LITERALLY a stone's throw to the lake and the boat/ferry dock. My room was extremely clean and well furnished like a boutique hotel. The bathroom was the nicest I've seen in Europe so far on my trip. I'm talking three-headed shower! Not that you should be wasting your time watching the TV, it has several channels. Even though I didn't eat at the restaurant, I would definitely mark it as a bonus. The niceness of the facilities can't be overstated. That being said, Roberto really took the experience from great to spectacular. He is the man! You'll understand when you meet him.

Beautiful modern room with a fantastic bathroom. Door on balcony with shutters. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The location is near the ferry station and is surrounded by restaurants and cobblestone streets.

Possibly just the bell ringing early in the mornings and repeating every 30 minutes, however was great as an alarm

The entire property was beautiful both inside and out, our room had definitely exceeded our expectations and we were so pleased with it! Room service was also great where our snacks had been topped up everyday and room was always cleaned. The property was also very very close to the lake nearby (around 1-2 minutes walking) where you can even enjoy a pizza or gelato as you are strolling around and taking in the breathtaking view! Additionally, the train station was also quite close to the property (around 10 minutes walking) which had made everything much more convenient. I’ve also received help almost instantly each time I’ve sent them a message on WhatsApp for help with any problems or questions, I would only wait a couple of seconds and they had already answered.

We love this small town. Super nice. Hotel is around 6-8mins to the train station. The lake and ferry are just downstairs. We also had diner at the restaurant, nice food!!! Last but not the least, Roberto took care of everything for us. Easy to check in. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I had a beautiful stay at Locanda Alberti - the room was exactly as described, very clean and we were given complimentary croissants and snacks in the room. The terrace joined to the property was beautiful, lovely spot for a morning coffee. Super location right next to the lake and boat stop, with 3 boats leaving every day it made it easy to get around the lake. Communication from Roberto was fantastic, check in was easy and he provided us with boat, train and bus timetables, recommendations for getting around the lake and best spots to visit. A beautiful property in a lovely village - would definitely stay again.
