Fast and easy check in - clear instructions. apartments is in a cozy place in a small town on the lake. 1 minute to the pier and ferry station. very charming little village. there is a local bar nearby with excellent croissants for breakfast. apartments is very clean, everything new and fresh.

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! I stayed here as part of a trip with my mum, both of our rooms were stunning! Especially the bathrooms. One of the rooms had a little balcony too which was nice. There was a superb range of complementary items such as coffee and breakfast snacks. The check in system was great, with the codes sent over WhatsApp, which also was an easy way to contact the hosts. The location is beautiful, very near the lake and within the beautiful old town of Mandello Del Lario. The town was easy to reach by train, and then the hotel is just a short walk from the station.

The room was absolutely stunning, and spotless. It had everything you could need including breakfast snacks, a hairdryer, coffee machine etc. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was just amazing, especially the shower!! Roberto was a fantastic host and available on WhatsApp with recommendations of restaurants (I went out of season and the hotel restaurant was shut sadly!)

The room was super clean and modern. They gave me free snacks and coffee/ tea. The location was very close to the lake (30sek.). And the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The check in was easy and uncomplicated with a code and the stuff was super friendly and answered fast on Whatsapp! Everything was great!

The bed sheets could have been more freshly washed (could detect a bit of dust due to mites allergy). Check out at 10 is very early. In any case is a great choice especially for the season that the nearby ferry station is operational.

The bells , not ideal if you planning to stay indoors. They didn’t bother me as much cause I spent the day out and about .

A great place to stay at Como lake! Super clean, comfy, very warm (I stayed in January) and the personnel was really helpful, regularly checking in if all is good :). Coffee and sweets were really nice surprise. I truly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Mandello del Lario, and hope to be back there in the future! Thanks for making my stay so nice

Everything was perfect, starting from owners to comfort of beds, cleanliness of everything and price. The bathroom is amazing, has a fantastic design and was really clean. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was quiet and clean. I would definitely come back again! PS: Visit the restaurant downstairs, it's amazing and people are super friendly, food is extremely tasty and you get lots of wine choices.

It's not a complaint, maybe suggestion to improve it even more. There is no shampoo and soap in the shower cabinet - bring it with you. There is a soap by the sink, which is not convenient when you are in a shower.

The room was adorable and highly functional, clean, and cozy. Small details such as ubs and usd-c charging outlets, water snacks, and coffee maker in a room are well thought and made with care! Location is 🔥🔥🔥- 1. 1 min to the right the lake, 5 min to the left is mountains and train station; 2. fewer tourists very local (you need to learn some Italian); 3. peaceful and beautiful. If you want to enjoy peace and grace, this place is the best. Their is a church bell right outside and a restaurant downstairs. If you are a sensitive sleeper and sleep until late morning, maybe this is not the best place for you. I didn't mind waking up with the bell😊. The check-in is online, and instructions were given by what's app- informative and convenient. I will be back and recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very welcoming host. Room was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable. Can get a ferry 1 min away to various locations on the lake including Bellagio. Trains up the east side of the lake. All round excellent stay!

Located in a quiet town but conveniently close to the train station (5 minutes walk). Lake side view, peace and beautiful. The room is well designed and stocked with everything you would need! Even though breakfast is not supplied, there are free pastries, bottled water, chocolate, and milk in the refrigerator, enough for a regular breakfast for me at home on a working day! Pod coffee machine and different flavor of tea bags! Smart TV with YouTube App! I can't ask for more. definitely a hidden gem! I would recommended it to all my friends!

Nothing- we loved it!

We loved the property. There is so much to like about it, not sure I would be able to list everything but I will try. Its location is very exceptional- restaurants and lake ferry dock on its door step. Amenities- bright and clean with good facilities. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom excellent and clean. Plenty of towels. Clean bedding. Then the extras like the coffee machine, water, croissants, tea bags, milk in the fridge and chocolate cream yogurts were just delightful. Smart TV with Netflix ! Very quiet and peaceful sleep night , we wanted to stay another night but sadly was fully booked! It had everything we could need and we can not ask for more. The apartment was code locked which meant no spare keys to carry around ! Locked and secure from outside also so no one can walk in. Either side of the bed had a USB and USB C charging ports which was just a surprise- what’s a continence - clearly the owner had thought this through to the smallest of detail and we can not recommend enough. We would definitely return again!

Everything was perfect, I can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Lake Como! Locanda Alberti is in the heart of the beautiful town of Mandello del Lario right next to the water/ferry station and very close to the train station. The town was perfect for visiting Lake Como because even though it has just as much charm as the more popular towns on the Lake, it was not touristy, which to me made it better than the other towns because it felt like a hidden gem with its beauty and family-friendly vibe. Our room was very cozy with a beautiful view of the lake, and all of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful in everything. Cannot recommend it enough, will definitely stay here again!
