We were searching for a place with parking nearby and the property had a parking inside. It had 2 forms to travel to Venice bus or Tram which was perfect because of the rain the Tram was late during our visit but we took the bus back. The property had everything you needed inside the apartment. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed( it also has a washer /dryer mashine wich I thought I would never use) but it turned out to be a great help because our jackets were all wet because of the rain. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The host Alberto was very friendly and always available to help. The apartment was spacious and very clean, sofa in living room pulls out into a bed (enough big for 2 people). It's close to the tram station T1 and to amazingly stocked grocery store. Transport tickets can be bought at nearby "tabaccaio". The apartment has its own parking lot behind the fence.

Comfortable, very clean apartment equipped with everything what you need. Good location, close to supermarket and bakery. Tram station is within few minutes from apartment. Safe building with entry code. Host was very kind and helpful, answering to all our questions.

You need to be smart about the parking, but it is normal for Europe, at least it is available and free. Was a biy chilli to my taste, you need yo ask the owner as he controls all the parameters of the smart house remotely, but he was responsive and nice.

The apartment is very spacious, modern and stylish, it is 15 minutes drive from and to the Marco Polo aeroport, there is a very good kitchen. The shower is excellent, the bed is comfortable and the location is quiet. There are a supermarket, bar and a pizzeria all within 5 minutes walk distance. All was perfect.

Everything was clean and in excellent condition! Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. Our kids don't always appreciate that we usually book accommodations that only have a pull-out sofa-bed for them to sleep on, but they loved this one and said this was the comfiest one they've ever slept on. Location was also great - a tram over to the main island was just a 3-minute walk away, and a bakery, supermarket, and pizzeria were all within a 5-7 minute walk. We didn't actually see Alberto until we were leaving, but he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay via WhatsApp.

Location has good links to the main islands, but is still about a 30 minute journey by bus/tram which could be a hassle for some people, compared to staying on the islands.

Really beautiful apartment, all new and clean. Bathroom and shower are spacious and clean. Bedroom is large and comfortable. Large kitchen with most appliances and things you need. Michela was very nice when letting us in and showing us the place! Also, the gelato place up the street (Mivé gelateria artigianale) was one of the best we had on our trip to Italy! Highly recommend if staying here!

The location is great for Venice tourism. The apartment is functional and comfortable for 3 adults. The host pointed out the place to buy tram tickets for Venice & grocery stores close by. Central Mestre was a short drive for nice coffee and pastries.

Everything! The apartment was absolutely perfect and suited our every need. It looked newly renovated and it had all the necessary amenities. The tram and bus stops are just around the corner from here as well as a large supermarket. The building itself was extremely secure and it was easy for us to get in. The owner was lovely, helpful and communicative.

If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to take earplugs. The owner kindly adjusted the remotely controlled aircon system when I messaged him, but it did wake me a couple of times coming on during the night.

Location with frequent direct trams to Venice was great, as well as local amenities nearby. Pleasant residential area. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating, even though my arrival was delayed, and were there to let me in and show me around when I finally arrived. Apartment was newly refurbished to a very high standard and kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Cleanliness was first rate.

The only small thing is that there is an automatic HVAC type system which only the host can control via his smartphone. I found it to be a bit loud when we were sleeping although it didn’t affect my partner- really depends if you’re a light sleeper or not. We spoke to the host who was super available and helpful and modified it to make stop (it was fine after that) - Everything else was amazing! This is a very small thing!

The property is great- super clean and very new. Great location and really helpful host! Any time we had any issues or weren’t sure on instructions he responded straight away!

modern, well-equipped, brand new apartment.. spacious rooms, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, beautifully designed entire space with guarded parking for the car. Michelle welcomed us, explained everything about the codes for entering the parking lot and the house, and gave us good tips for local restaurants. there are smaller shops and coffee bars nearby, but it's still worth going to the city center, which is beautiful. All in all,our stay in the Cavalli apartment exceeded our expectations. thanks for that!

I would like to find coffe , sugar and salt

Very clean and new furniture. The towels were very fluffy , clean and white . Very close to the markets ,train station an bus stops. It is a modern building well equiped. We found free parking in the garden of the building .

We did not get the apartment we booked (with the colourful Smeg fridge), but got the other one. This one was also good, but the decoration was a bit too sterile for us.And in this apartment there was no airconditioning, but an automatic system with a set temperature. The temperature in the apartment was to warm for us at night, and the system makes a continuous sound like we were sitting in a plane (lighter sound than that if course). And it was a pity that there was no tea or coffee in the apartment.

The apartment was just renovated, brand new and very clean. The bathroom looked very good and the shower worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable. The son of the owner welcomed us nicely and gave us all the information. We went into Venice by taking the tram at Oberden station at a few minutes of a walk, which was easy.

The apartment was very clean, the location was very convenient to travel close to the tram station and very close to Mestre Center.

Internet connectivity is very poor and hardly can be used. The bathroom door lock and electronic curtains were faulty so with two families it is quite embarrassing. Feels very hot in the night although the temperature was asked to set at 17 oC.

The rooms were clean with all required amenities. The owner is good and quite responsive.
