You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Walking distance to the harbor, fabulous, hip decor, spacious,inclusive a wonderful restaurant with professional , friendly service, AMAZING FOOD prepared by the EXCELLENT Chef Chiara( beautiful AND an exceptional chef de cuisine!). She organized a beautiful 80 birthday celebration for my husband with a scrumptious cake! So kind!

Loved the hotel and staff, the hotel was very nice, clean and well fitted out, we were very impressed. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and the food at their restaurant was high class. The location was perfect and we would recommend the Laconda del Bagatto to anyone staying in Milazzo, we plan to return.

The staff were so accommodating with our family. We arrived late from a long haul flight and they were happy to send food to our room. They were so great the next day when we had a long wait for our boat, they were happy for us to use the hotel reception area and come and go as we pleased. Overall great hotel and perfect location.

United StatesThere was no one to provide breakfast our first morning. we could not get the light over the shower to turn on. The 5:00 a.m.glass bottle recycling truck made for an early wakeup time, but this was not the fault of the owner. One can expect this in Sicilian cities.

ItalyThe hotel was closed when we arrived at around noon. Nobody was in and we had to wait outside. No cold water was available in the shower and there was no one to talk about it to at the counter and we had to take a hot shower on a hot summer day. Next to the bed, there was a spot that looked like a previous air conditioner/heater was installed but they did not completely cover the spot so we could open it and see how dirty it is inside.

Canadathe light avo love the shower was taped over and not working, mild was on the ceiling. we asked the owner if we could pick up a personal item left behind but no one was there when we stopped by. we tried to ask for her to send the item to us but she never responded despite multiple text messages, emails and phone calls over a few days but no response. we felt disappointed. also on arrival we were given only one key for our two rooms and had to go back down for a key a few times as the incorrect keys were given.
we had a nice dinner in the restaurant and the location was great for Milazzo pier.
