I noticed a sewer gas smell occassionaly which was not pleasant.. Room 7 not sure where it came from.

It is a super romantic arquitetura, surrounded by mountains, but still close to everything. I finished my stay wishing I booked more days at the place.

Everything there is done with intention and good taste. From the facilities, to the food and specially the attention given to guests needs. I did a last minute reservation and wrote a few things I needed per my pregnancy, and the owner provided everything without a question.

Was hard to find despite being on the main through road. Had the name of the hotel but then restaurant underneath, there were no sights saying it was a hotel. We asked a few locals for help

Loved the pool, the staff were friendly and welcoming! Food was excellent, we had a tomahawk steak which was incredible.

It’s a little far from any kind of store. Hard to walk places if needed

You have great wifi access from the restaurant and the pool, but the signal in the rooms was very weak, but no problem for us. The locanda is next to the street with some limited traffic.

Stefano & Andrei made us feel at home. The rustic place is cozy, has a super relaxing large pool with lots of shade and a great restaurant. When again in the area we will be back.

We could hear the traffic from the room, but we were so happy to stay here that we happily put op with it.

Absolutely loved our stay in this charming property. The swimming pool area is wonderful, breakfast was delicious and dinner at the restaurant was simply the best we had in Tuscany. Highly recommended.

This was a charming place, very meticulously maintained, with a gracious and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were large and welcoming. The dining room was beautiful and the food was exceptional. Stefano was the perfect host.

You feel home immediately. Such a lovely family behind Locanda Del Molino. The rooms are traditional, very clean, designed with love and that is what we indeed love about Italy. Their in-house restaurant is delicious and try their other amazing restaurant in Cortona itself. 5 Stars! :-) Oh and not to forget to mention the lovely pool. surrounded by beautiful nature and very peaceful. Perfect to simply relax.

We liked everything.

As we were there over Easter, we chose the half board option. The meals were amazing. It is also a very popular restaurant with locals. If you don’t have a car, they are willing to arrange for a taxi to pick you up at train station, etc.

Really enjoyed the whole experience from when we arrived until we left. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Great evening meal and superb breakfast. An exceptional place to spend time in a beautiful area.

I was a little disappointed because the breakfast was almost completely sweet. And the butter had mold. We had chosen this hotel because it had a restaurant but we were informed after the first night that the restaurant won’t be open the following night.

The dinner the first night was really good and wine also. The house was really nice and staff was helpful.

Limited parking. No sound proofing. Not being informed a full wedding would happen downstairs. Music began at 11pm and when we went to speak to the Manager he was so drunk! and told us to ‘be patient’. Absolutely unacceptable and so unprofessional. He told us he found out three days before - he should have informed other guests. I was preparing to be a maid of honor the following day and we had to leave the hotel to find a new place at midnight.

The door was dodgy to open and close. The bed was a double bed split in 2 which is really uncomfortable as a couple. The hotel is right by the side of the road, although not busy at all.

The place was nice and cute with a stream right below our window. The bathroom was spacious and nice in a vintage style. It was convenient to have a good enough restaurant in the premises, although a bit pricey. The staff was really nice.
