The staff were lovely and kind. The room was beautiful! Breakfast was delicious with many options and the cappuccino was the best in Italy. The terrace was so pretty with pretty views.

The bathroom was a little tight at the sink and the lighting was too low.

We loved it all!

This is the best place we have ever stayed! It was very clean and lovely! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!Breakfast was incredible on the terrace, and there was always coffee and a water-filling station and pastries available. The area was amazing! We highly recommend it, and we hope to return for another visit whenever possible!

The B&B Locanda II Maeatrale was wonderful! Giovani and Stephania were great hosts! The room was clean and cozy. The hosts recommended a nice restaurant, Ely, and I ate there and next door at La’Osteria as well, both were great! There is free water to refill water bottles at the hotel and breakfast was great! Highly recommended!

the location was great. the owners are lovely and so kind. very helpful in suggestions of where to eat and helping with booking of taxis to and from train station. the breakfasts were amazing

There wasn’t one thing that we did not like.

The lovely outdoor breakfast sitting area was a nice quiet place to come back to and have a glass of wine or a beer. The room was unique and very comfortable. Great location, good restaurants, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hosts! So welcoming & warm! The “home made” breakfasts with fresh fruit bowls, eggs cooked to order & delish cappuccino. The room was large & comfy & plenty cool in the September heat. The 2nd floor patio over the street was relaxing.

The host was incredibly welcoming and the outside balcony space and facilities there for the guests was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the little touches like supplying the guests with a beach towel and beach bag whilst they were staying there was really thoughtful and welcoming.

Everything perfect, other than the fact we couldn’t stay longer as unfortunately we had to catch a flight home the next day.

The room, amenities, quality breakfast and the location were perfect for us. Loved the patio overlooking the street for breakfast, our evening Prosecco, and the short walk to the beach and restaurants. Our check in and departure were seamless and kudos to the staff for the service they provided. Highly recommend this accommodation! A gem!

Our room was just off the reception and the window looked out on a wall - so it was quite dark and it was hard to get fresh air into the room.

Beautiful small hotel in a great central location. We loved the terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and drinks in the evening. Really lovely.
