Breakfast is not good at all. Owner prepare breakfast day before, there is not enough food. Nothing is fresh. We were dissapointed

Breakfast was all in plastic and for the price you’d expect better, maybe home made.

The location is lovely, the place is lovely and the room was very spacious. There was orange juice, milk and water available all the time.

The only downside was no fresh produce for breakfast. Packaged croissants and biscuits and little toasts. Yoghurts, jams, milk, coffee and tea all great but without fresh fruit or bread it's not much of a breakfast. We simply bought some bread and fruits to add to what was there and made the best of a lovely breakfast location.

Amazing sleep. So quiet, comfortable, clean and rustic. Really close to lots of amazing beaches, restaurants and just 15 mins from Olbia city. Anna the owner is there everyday for a short time and was very helpful and lovely despite the language barrier.

    - be careful, the kitchen was not available, which can be not convient if you want to cook during your stay. Don't think about the BBQ because you don't have a place to prepare the food for that. - the host doesn't speak English, so better using a translator tool. I suggest preparing some garbage cans in the room. You have your own room but you might share the whole house with others.

    - room was clean and quiet. - water, milk, and yogurt were provided. - close to nature.

My only critique and suggestion for improvement is that we would have preferred a more full and better breakfast, with more options & something cooked, such as eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. Although perhaps this is because of Covid. Unfortunately the croissants were wrapped in plastic and gave a strange taste. Adding variety and more selection would be ideal!

Very authentic & traditional - as if staying at a local home / farmhouse in the middle of nature. A hidden oasis very peaceful and quiet. Perfect area for breakfast in the morning. The air conditioning in the room is a massive bonus & definitely necessary. The vaulted ceilings and interior decor are fabulous. Also a plus with the mini-refrigerator & TV. Great bathroom & a very large traditional wooden closet. The sound off the crickets is lovely. The surrounding gardens and trees are amazing & also all the lovely planted cactus and succulents along the original rock wall - beautiful! I even took a few photos of that. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating as we arrived rather late, but they arranged things very well.

Would recommend the room I was allocated for two persons but not for four.

Our room was too small to accommodate 4 persons without feeling claustrophobic. To go to the bathroom you need to go down some steps and this could be dangerous at night if you forget about them or have small kids.

Property located in a good and quite area. At the same time is within a short distance from the main road and nearest town. The property has interesting external spaces and breakfast room is very nice.

First of all, the area is very beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful, so you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean, there was air conditioning, a fridge and a private bathroom with hot water. There is a private parking space in front of the gate. A sweet self-service breakfast with coffee or tea is available every morning on the veranda. We had a problem with a leaking shower head the first day but it was fixed the next day.
