TV didnt work. The Airconditioning smelled when turned on in the living room. The bathroom could have been better. The common area between the apartments was dark and damp.

A old beautiful Venitian apartment which was few minutes walk away from the main hotel. Located in a quite location but about 10 mins walk to Rialto. The Dining room was specially beautiful. Excellent and very helpful staff.

Nothing, but just be aware that there is no lift for people that cannot use stairs.

The hotel was situated in an old building, right in the heart of the city, not on the main noisy road Strada Nova, but very close to it and in a quiet area. The room was nicely decorated inside and the corridors, too, and providing the spirit of the epoque. The room was comfortable, well maintained, organised for three people. The hotel did offer breakfast, but we did not use it as the weather was very nice outside. The location was safe. The photos of the room are the same as the actual situation. The staff were very nice, helpful, careful about our needs and proactive to allow us to have the best experience possible in Venice. We would highly recommend and will come back again to this hotel.

the only thing i can think about is that we were on the top floor and one of the four stairs was very tiring to climb hahah. also the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, but that’s just preference of course!

the location was amazing, also the staff was very nice and the check-in and out went very smoothly. the interior is also so cute, you really get the whole venetian vibe!!

I knew there was not an elevator when I booked but I didn’t realize how narrow and how many stairs there would be. My mom mentioned she wished she had asked about the hotel’s history or there was a written pamphlet in the room. It doesn’t seem like it was always a hotel

Fairly centrally located, must have been very interesting history, friendly staff and lots of windows to open to air dry our stuff as it rained when we arrived. Usually we have to book 2 rooms to accommodate our family of 5 but they had a family room which was amazing

The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything i sife and outside as if all the doors and windows were open. They also did not restock shampoo or tea which were in individual serving packages.

The room was comfortable and cute. It was definitely a budget hotel but it was worth the price we paid.

The only thing I don’t like is the fact they don’t charge you beforehand or booking doesn’t let you know how much is the tourist tax so it can be something you haven’t had planned.

I like the personal, was really nice and willing to help. Like the breakfast and the fact that is also included. Also is a hotel with a good location not very far from the center and also has public transport very near.

The hotel were very clear about it, but the room was up three steep flights of stairs, which won’t suit everyone. The very steep pitch of the ceiling wasn’t completely clear when booking and the ceiling was very low indeed - both me at 5’7 and my husband at 6’6 hit our heads several times. The only two real improvements I would recommend would be the addition of a mirror somewhere besides the bathroom; and some real attention to improving the shower. The pressure and temperature were really not brilliant, unfortunately.

A cute little hotel, great value for the location, which is fantastic. A quiet backstreet but still incredibly central for attractions and transport making it very easy to get around. The cleaning team were excellent, and the staff generally very friendly and helpful. Would generally recommend for a Venice stay.

It was perfect for one day family stay at Venice. The staff was very friendly, gave recommendations how to get the hotel, where we can eat, proposed to leave a luggage in case we need. The apartment is clean, with all facilities that we needed.
