You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyThe hotel is right on the street. We could hear all the cars passing by during the night. There were no curtains in the bathroom, and the bathroom window was on a public balcony. We had to pay an extra 12 euros for our dog.
Our room, the dinner and the breakfast were amazing. The staff was really kind and helpful.

The room was clean and big enough for 4 people. Unfortunately the location along the road makes it noisy with the windows open (necessary given the heat). A special bonus for the restaurant: we stayed for dinner and it was really exceptional.

ItalyI asked for something to eat at 21.30 but the cuisine was already closed. Only the pizza was available. I know that the restaurants in the area are get used closing earlier than other areas but at 21.30 I think it's a little bit too early!

NetherlandsThe room is in a different building (50 meters away), which is not very convenient. The build has a strang smell inside. The triple room is spacious, but the facilities are only 2-star level. It costs 160+ euros per night including breakfast for Aug, which is a little high for the value.
There is a sauna. Restaurants are good and foods are delicious. Hotel facilities are 3 or 3.5 star level.

ItalyWe didn’t like the breakfast. There wasn’t much selection and you couldn’t find a lot of food by 9. We also didn’t like how the hotel is situated between two main streets and how we had to walk from one building to the other. It was a little impersonal for that.
