The balcony was very small and located in the toilet. I would prefer to have the accommodation from the first photo (there are more than one appartments)

I loved the location, it is directly on Mercado del Capo. It was really cute and clean. Simona was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips :))

Our trip to Palermo was amazing! It started with a great recommendations from the host of the appartement! She helped us with everything! Apartments were super clean and comfortable With attention to details. Within 15-18 minutes we could visit most of the famous buildings, theaters, markets, cathedrals, famous streets…We are definitely planning to come again and we will for sure choose the same place to stay.

Great location in the middle of the city, Just 250mm from Palermo Cathedral, walking distance to most interesting places. If you have a car there is public parking nearby on the border of ZTL (50m from the apartment). Just around the corner you can find market with delicious street food. We've been there everyday. If you are looking for more fancy restaurant go to via Vittorio Emmanuele. In the apartment you can find all you need: AC, coffee machine, etc, Last but not least, our host - Simona. Very helpfull and avaialble all time. Thank you very much. If we go to Palermo again, we know where we will stay.

The location of the apartment was perfect, just next to a big market in the heart of the city. The facilities were nice and clean, everything you could need was there. Great coffee machine and a very nice and helpful host that had a lot of recommendations for us.

Coffee machine in the kitchen with a seriously good coffee. Just around the corner there is a local cafe, great stop for a caffe corretto.

The location was fantastic, just in front of the capo market. Despite this, it was very quiet. In the morning, you could open a balcony and see the rush of market people arranging their stands and just go down to buy something: freshly squeezed juice, coffee and all the variety of the products. Walking distance to all the attractions. The apartment includes all that you need. It looks exactly as in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, but we did not use it as tried great food offer outside. Simona made great recommendations to us, trips, restaurants and she was responsive to our questions.Also provided a taxi transport to the airport as she was extremely punctual, fully adjusting to our needs despite the early hour. If you want to rent a car, there is a free parking place close to the apartment.

The only thing is location in front of market stalls (incl. fish) and unfortunately the smell of fish remains and other rubbish left on the street for the whole day/night was quite unpleasant - the heat didn't help.

The property was modern, spotless clean and had all amenities. Coffee from the coffee machine was amazing! The host was very nice and gave us all sorts of recommendations for the stay. She also checked during our stay if we needed anything.

Amazing appartement in the heart of Palermo. The market is just a few steps away, the best places to visit in the city are nearby. Very clean, comfortable bed, nicely equipped kitchen. Everything. Simona and Maurizio did a fantastic job on creating a comfortable apartment for every needs and with any attention. The welcoming was awesome, every key inputs for every turist in order to have a great and enjoyable stay in Palermo have been shared!!! The apartment was clean, accurate and represents the Extreme passion from Simona and Maurizio to do this work. The apartment position is inside the Mercato del Capo, fantastic to reach every Palermo's attraction in few walking minutes.

The loft is in a great location, near the market. The furniture is new and everything is very clean. There is also all the necessary equipment, two fridges and a great coffee machine. Simona received us with a big smile and a lot od suggestions on where to spend our time. The only problem was we didn't have enough time to do everything she suggested :) recommended 100%

Absolutly everything. I could write all day about our host Simona. She is the best thing in Palermo. You can go there and leave your brain at home,she will guide you like no one♥️.
