The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the metro and a large supermarket. The apartments themselves are comfortable and very cosy, everything you need is there. The design is just super. I would also like to note that the neighbourhood is very quiet and the flat is quiet. A great place to relax after a long walk around Rome. I would like to thank you that the apartment had a map for tourists, it was just by the way. I would also like to mention the owner of the apartments. A wonderful responsive and responsible person who really wants you to be comfortable to relax in his apartments. We highly recommend this apartment.

Reviewing my experience at Loft29 in the best possible way was the least I could do. Just a short walk from St. Peter's Square, the apartment showcases carefully selected, top-notch 60s design furnishings. Host Davide is consistently available to guarantee an unmatched stay experience in Rome. 🙏🏼 Impeccably clean and tidy. I’m amazed by this apartment. I strongly recommend it.

This apartment is absolutely amazing! It is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Location is perfect. 2 mins away from Metro and 20 min walking from Vatican. Davide greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco and was available all the time. I couldn't ask for more and would return anytime!

Loft29 was fantastic and the hosts were very hospitable. As soon as we arrived, he warmly introduced the facilities in the house and the nearby subway station, and recommended a lot of food to us. The furniture is new and clean, and the terrace has a great view. All in all, everything is great and highly recommended!

That we had to leave the apartment and Rome again...

The apartment was wonderful, there is plenty of space, which we wanted. Nice little balcony and very easy access to the apartment. The location is perfect, a few steps to the metro and a short distance to the Vatican. There is a short distance to a supermarket and cafe. The host, Davide, came and greeted us on arrival, which made us feel very welcome. Davide is also the perfect host, who knows the city and comes unsolicited with many ideas for experiences. We have never before met a host who, in a very accommodating way, made the stay very special.

Everything was perfect, the appartment is very nice with all the necessary comfort and decorated with a lot of taste. It is located very close of the Cipro metro station where we can easily reach the city center and it is only 10 min walk from the Vatican museum. There is also a supermarket in front of the apartment which is also a big plus. Davide is a wonderful host, making a lot of efforts to make the stay perfect.

Loft29 is a wonderful apartment just 15 min walk from Piazza San Pietro. With the subway (20 mt away) I reached the Spanish Steps in just 10 min! It’s well furnished with unique pieces of minimalist design. It is extraordinarily clean and tidy in every detail. It’s surrounded by services, a local market and a bunch of wonderful Roman restaurants! 🍝 Davide immediately took care of me so that I could make the most of my stay by suggesting me the best places to go. 🙏🏼 I’ll be back and I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone who loves architecture, design and Rome as it is nestled in the city center!

Davide was truly a wonderful host. From the moment I’ve booked he always has been available, giving me all the useful info so that I could better enjoy what the neighborhood had to offer me(a few steps from the Vatican and any public transport). The apartment was extraordinarily furnished with a minimalist taste design, which I loved! 🖤 I had dinner in a couple of very good Roman places just around the corner that Davide suggested me, such an experience! [1] apartment The apartment is very spacious and nicely designed and is equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. There is a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, tools, oil, spices etc., as well as coffee machines, coffee), there is a washing machine which was very useful for us for a longer stay. The wifi was excellent and we never had issues. (There is a desk setup but we never used it). There is air conditioning which was really important for us in the hot weather this summer. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment because of the good design. [2] location, transport Location is quite central in Rome, eg. we were able to walk to Vatican with small children. After that, the Cipro station on metro A line is also right near the apartment. We used that to link to buses to go to some areas. It's very convenient since there are all kinds of shops very near the apartment - 24 hour supermarket across the road, (and even more supermarkets), cafes, restaurants, take away food restaurants etc. [3] host Davide the host really worked hard to make sure we had a great visit to Rome. He was very communicative and thoughtful about our needs. eg. He helped organise a taxi to/from the apartment, and he gave great information and suggestions about the neighbourhood and Rome in general before we arrived. When we had any questions or requests during our trip he was very fast to research and respond to us. He is the best host we have ever had in staying in hotels/apartments over the years. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay here again in the future (possibly in a cooler season!).

I cannot express enough how wonderful staying at Loft29 was. First off, I picked the location as it was so close to our friend who lives close by where my daughter and her husband were staying. The apartment was very clean, it has air conditioning, an elevator, and is a non-smoking home. I could tell from the pictures it would be a nice place for my stay in Rome, but it was more than I expected. No need to take any other pictures of this home as what you see is what it is like. The host, Davide, shared he had recently installed a keyless entry system, so that made entering the building and the apt perfect. The home is tastefully furnished and the artwork beautiful. We met for coffee at a cafe across the street two days after my arrival, which was a treat. He is just so delightful to chat with. You can’t help going away from him feeling like you’ve known him forever. Davide is from the neighborhood of Loft29 and having grown up in Rome provided so many wonderful options of places to visit that one may not think to seek out. He is extremely easy to communicate with and always provides prompt responses. The apartment is extremely close to a metro station that can take you to the Vatican Museum in minutes or anywhere else in Rome you wish to visit. There are also many shops close by. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in staying at Loft29. If I am able to return again, it will be here at Loft 29 again. Ciao! Peggy V

Very well located, beautiful flat. The historic city is at your fingertips, you can open a door and jump on the metro to reach any station, as well as get a short walk to reach the Vatican. The true relaxing feeling of being at home is guaranteed, thanks to the very good design and well-equipped kitchen. Considering the number of various places I've been, I have to admit that Loft29 is the most memorable place I've been and Davide is the best host.

The host Davide is super friendly and attentive. He answers all the questions, just don't be shy to ask.) The area is amazing. The apartment is 10 mins walk from Vatican, If You are lazy to walk, all the most popular spots are reachable by metro which is few steps away. 24/7 supermarket is just in front of the house but we kept going to small family store because the owner was lovely and they had amazing cheese, ham, bread and vine. It was perfect for cozy evenings in a balcony. The apartment itself is stylish, inspiring, functional and fulfilled till details. You can ask Davide more about that, he is passionate architect!

I found this apartment by chance but I was immediately fascinated by its photos and reviews, which left me speechless. I can now claim that staying so little is the only thing I regret. Davide is a host like no other I've met before, the care he dedicates to his guests is no less than what I would probably get in a 5-star hotel! Loft29 is a beautiful design apartment on the top floor of a historic building only few steps away from St. Peter's square, I used to walk there after dinner and come back with the metro, that is just 50 m from the flat! So safe and comfortable! Although Davide offered me a transfer with a private driver for the same price as a taxi, I reached the place from the airport in less than an hour using public transport. The place is literally in the city center and connected to everything. I definitely recommend, not only the flat, but also this host, who's a superhost by definition!

The absolute best place to start your Roman adventure. 😊 Firstly, location of the apartment is amazing, it is very well connected to important parts of the city via metro. Secondly, the apartment (including toilet and kitchen) is completely new and absolutely pristine, and comprises everything you could possibly need as a traveller, but also offers a cozy place to make you feel at home after a long day in the city. 😊 The host Davide is the soul of the apartment and he obviously invested huge amounts of love and hard work into creating a unique experience, not just to provide a place to sleep. ❤️ He also gave us great recommendations for food, breakfast and gelato, both local and central. All in all Davide and his apartment deserved our honest recommendation as we will happily return to them in the future. 🙋‍♂️

I was touring Italy for work and my stay in Rome was short this time but after the experience I just had at Loft29 I regret not staying longer. Davide is a truly exceptional host, a really good person, extremely thoughtful and kind and he made sure that my short stay was still the best I could aspire to. I chose the apartment because, although short, my stays must still be comfortable and in places well connected to as many services as possible: Loft29 is surrounded by places to eat typical Roman food (suggested to me by Davide of course), a few steps from the metro, then there is also a local market full of typical products where I stopped by just before leaving and it was worth it. The apartment is also really super furnished with chairs, tables, lamps all of famous and timeless design from the 60s. I will be back as soon as possible this time maybe for a long holiday at Christmas!
