The property located in 10 minutes walks from city centre, near the property you can find free parking spaces. You can bring your own food and store it in the fridge, the facilities allow you to serve good breakfast. Free tea, coffee and some snacks was the un expected bonus. The floor in the bathroom a little bit cold, don’t forget to take your own slippers.

Everything was very good and perfect. The owner is great, he tells us everything, shows us, recommends where to go and what to see. Answers all the necessary questions. the room is clean, fragrant. You can always get coffee, tea, water, small snacks. In general, I cannot say a single bad word about this place. I recommend it to everyone 100%! If you are going to Verona, then definitely stay in this accommodation

The originality of the location, tiny structure with just 4 rooms, a nice common space with a small kitchen well equipped, with beverage and some food offered by the property. Quiet place.

In San Zeno 5 mins walk to lovely piazza for evening meal and drinks. Loft Verona was clean and bed comfortable. Drinks, coffee and snacks available free of charge downstairs.

The walk to the old town from the Loft is between 20 and 30 minutes, but we enjoy walking so it was not a problem for us. We enjoyed stopping at the little stores along the way.

First of all we want to thank Pier for answering all of our questions. He was very easy to communicate with him, and he always got back to us promptly. He made us feel very welcomed when we arrive, and he took the time to show us around the Loft. We loved the space the minute we walk in, as it felt like home. It is a great, well designed space. We enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen, and especially enjoyed the treats that were available to us. That was a nice touch. We loved the open air patio area, and enjoyed having a drink out there. Our room open up to the the patio, so that was especially nice. Our room was comfortable, spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bathroom, and shower was great. The Loft was a great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing, and we looked forward to returning there each evening. The location is quiet, and it is on the bus route, which is great to get to the train station. The beautiful Piazza San Zeno was a easy walk away, and it had lots of restaurants to choose from. Location slightly outside city centre but host showed us some excellent places close to the accommodation so that each walk to city centre was interesting.

Cosy lovely place! Sooo clean! Location is very good to reach Piazza San Zeno and than go forward to explore the city! I'm traveling with a dog. Everything was perfect, even no extra charge! Huge thank you to Pier! He cares abt everything. Also his tips where to go and where to eat - just excellent! It was my first visit to Verona, but next time I know where to stay! Great experience!

Pier was really nice, available and made us some good recommendations for places to eat in the city. The room was quite big, comfortable and well decorated. The common areas were also nice and well equiped. Although breakfast was not provided, there were some tea, coffee, juices and snacks to eat at out disposal in the kitchen area. There is a free parking next to the building, which is really useful.

Pier is an absolutely marvellous host. A genuinely nice person told us a lot about where to eat, what to see, how to move around the city and his advice was spot-on. The contact with Pier even prior to our arrival was very good, he responds to all questions and requests and we definitely felt taken care of. Thank you, Pier :) The location of the loft is very good, close to the old town. We never really considered moving around the city in any other way than on foot. The loft is nicely organized, gives a lot of privacy. Welcome drinks, coffee, milk and juices were all available and replenished regularly. For once, we never had a problem with parking in Italy either, there's a plethora of parking spots nearby, including a nice parking 20m from the loft.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was clean, well equipped, store was nearby, the city center was close enough to walk on foot. But what we really want to point out is Pier (the owner), he was really welcoming and explained everything perfectly, recommended a good restaurants and places to visit, after he finished we didnt have any other question to ask him 😊 So thanks a lot for the great entrance, we will definitely spread the word about this place!

Our room was beside the kitchen so In the morning you could hear people preparing their breakfast, even do, people were really nice trying not to make noise.
