Wifi is bad. No protection against mosquitos, yet there are plenty in Sicily during spring/summer time. A baldachin would be nice that guests could hang above their beds. It is not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks from the outside as they have a bar. Only small bottled beers are in the selection.

Nice place, good location, big common area, well equipped kitchen. There is a bar inside. Separate bathroom for the bedroom. Staff was very nice, they gave me a map and a very useful short intro about what i find where, what is worth to visit and taste in the town.

Lovely staff, very convenient location right by the station (trains and buses), lots of communal spaces including a kitchen. I was in a room with only 3 more people, which was confortable. The room had a sunny balcony and a clean bathroom. Checkin in and out was super easy, the instructions were very clear and Christian gave some great recommendations. I was there at the very end of the season but it seems like there’s lots happening when it’s busy :)

the room was small and i had pain at my back because of the matrass. The bathroom was in the room but 1 bathroom for 6 people is not that confortable . However if you are very young this will not be a problem. If you prefer lux and confort i advise to book other place but otherwhise this is for sure a very good hostel.

The staff was realy nice and helpful. They gave a map and tell you were the major point of interest were. The lounge was very confortable and the staff who worked at the bar was extremely friendly.

The floor was never completely clean in the room but it’s probably more due to the fact that 6 women were in and out of the room than due to a lack of cleaning.

The room was nice, and all the dorm mates were very friendly. It’s a great backpacker hostel. It’s perfectly located close to the train station and the bus terminal. Only a 20 minutes walk from the old town

location is perfect for 1night stopovers from/to syracusa to catania, 5min walking max away from bus and train terminal. staff is great, they have a bar and everything looks cozy. it is not a party hostel and quite quiet (is a plus)

It could be cleaner (bathroom down stairs was really smelly) and I couldn't find a place to turn on the lights in the living area early in the morning.

I liked that they gave you a towel and a key for the locker (generally these are things we have to pay extra for in other Hostels). And the locker is spacious, it fit my entire carry-on suitcase and a few other items! Each bed has two sockets and a flashlight. The kitchen is very complete with several types of pan, a spacious refrigerator and a large and very cozy common space! The location is excellent: you simply walk straight for 15 minutes and arrive in Ortigia and there are several cafe and restaurant options around the hostel. Parking spots are free on the street and are always available.

The bathroom smelt not great in our all female dorm

The hostel had good vibes, the staff were down to earth and very helpful (sometimes away from the desk so hard to track down, I didn’t have any negative experiences personally but could saw others did). The kitchen was decent (make sure you time when you cook because it gets busy!) The cleaners were always so friendly and came around like clock work so good to know keeping the place clean is a priority. Met some other travellers so had a great time here!

I would like rooms to be alittle bit bigger but that is not a problem.

The staff was kind and helpful! The hostel is very near the bus station and the train station. It is also close to Ortigia (10 min walking). It's a clean hostel.
