I felt really welcomed at that Lora Giusta guest house, and the owner is very sweet and nice lady. There is nice, homy atmosphere for the breakfast. There are couple of restaurants just near the house (you will receive all the recommendations on the spot :)). We had dinner at one recommended place and it was amazing - plus not so touristy & authentic. The only thing to consider is that due to location is easier to get to Como center by car.

The guesthouse is very beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, and everything is very well-maintained and new. The hostess is very accommodating and loves to pamper her guests. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was even homemade bread and jam. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the guesthouse. The buses run every 15 minutes, and you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes. We can highly recommend the guesthouse and will definitely come back.

Everything. From the location to the facilities, Patricia made everything so wonderful. Amazing close by restaurants within walking distance, pizza take away, and amazing breakfast prepared by the host. I cannot recommend this place enough and wish I could stay longer. Hope to see you again soon.

Everything in Lora Giusta Guest House was excellent. You could see that our hostess paid attention to every detail, from the rich breakfast to coffe and tea being available at any time, to the towels and coverlets matching the colours of the room to the beautifully handcrafted furniture. Thank you, Patricia, for your hospitality and all the good advice you gave us on how to best spend the three days we had in Como.

It was OMG experience in the good way. The room was so beautiful, very warmly decorated, tidy, clean, and spacious. The bathroom is new, again decorated nicely. The kitchen is beautiful. We felt as 🏡 And the host needs a separate chapter as a welcoming and warm person she is. We were late, and she kindly waited for us and met us so warming. The breakfast was 👌 again felt ourself as at home. So guys highly recommend it exceeds all your expectations

Very comfortable accommodation! The host was really pleasant and willing to help with everything. The whole place was clean, from the outside garden to the common room and especially our room. We could have taken anything for breakfast and the host was there to help us when in need and also to talk to us. I highly recommend taking this place!

The guest house is absolutely amazing, lovely furnished, very clean and the absolute bonus is the great host Patrizia, she was ready for everything I needed = bus tickets to go to the town, explanation of bus transport there and back, even recommendation of shops! She was not tired to talk to me and answer specific questions. I felt like home and the only pity is that I stayed just one night and was business travelling. I would surely love to come back with my family one day. Wishing Patrizia lots of good clients, she gives the place her heart. Thanks

No public transportation after about 10pm, so prepare for a good walk uphills from downtown if you miss the last bus (like we did). It's also impossible to get a taxi

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Definitely one of the best B&B I've ever been to. Tastefully decorated and SPOTLESS rooms, showers and common places. Patrizia is the most welcoming and thoughtful host I've met. Loved chatting with her! Fridge is pre-filled with all the goodies (sodas, water, beers, wine, etc.) you could possibly wish for on a hot summer day. There's an absolutely outstanding gelateria just around the corner, make sure to try it!

A bit far from the centre of Como, and, as the owner told us, walking there is not advisable, as there are no pavements for a large part of the distance. There is a bus station near the guest house, but if you arrive late on a Sunday, like we did, you may need to take the car, and parking isn't always easy to find. The owner does help with parking suggestions near the centre, though.

Beautiful, clean room and common areas, with very helpful and friendly owner. The owner also speaks English, which helps a lot and isn't easy to find in Italy. Good breakfast.

The B&B is located at some distance from Como-town so you need a car to go to the city (there is a Parkhouse near the center). The parking near B&B is difficult but possible and it is along the one-way street. I find the price of the room somewhat high, but probably near Como everything is more expensive.

This is a new (newly renovated) modern B&B. Host took a lot of care and time to find a restaurant for us although it was Monday+Halloween and many places were closed/overbooked. The room is well equipped. The breakfast takes place at the common kitchen where the guest from all 3 rooms sit at one big table.

We loved the hospitality and care of the owner Patricia. She really makes you feel right at home and is very helpfull. The room and facilities are great and very clean. Ideal location to explore Como, bus stop arround the corner that takes you right to the old city center or thr lake Boulevard in about 10 minutes. Great restaurants near the B&B in walking distance.

The apartment is absolutely lovely with a yard shaded by winegrapes in a quiet street with a bus nearby. The owner is charming and very helpful. Thanks to her we went to the best places like Verona and did the most interesting activities.

Lora Giusta Guesthouse is a lovely and intimate place to stay at the city of Como. It is a bus or car ride away from the center, and I couldn't be happier about it. The guesthouse is located on a peaceful street where other tourists are nowhere to be seen. There are many nice restaurants in the area, nature to be found, and the very friendly and accommodating host gladly points you towards these locations. The room was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. In Lora Giusta Guesthouse, the perfection is achieved with its location in the neighborhoods, the guesthouse's small size, and the wonderful host. Each morning the breakfast is served on a common table where the tiny amount of guests eat while the host makes sure everything is in order. For this short time, I felt like I was living in Italy, getting to know other travelers who happened to live next door. After breakfast, the host would help with any arrangements and travel plans we might have and throw in a dash of local knowledge. In the evening, it felt great to return to the peacefulness of Lora, and grab a pizza at one of the local pizzerias (Al Civico 105) and eat it on the balcony, counting lightnings in a storm that was raging somewhere above Lugano. Did I mention there is a great gelateria 100 meters from the guesthouse? Perfection. Thank you, Patrizia, we really enjoyed our stay!
