Nothing..the best hotel ever!

For me, the best hotel I have stayed in! The hospitality goes beyond the typical and reaches a human level! Spotlessly clean and beautiful rooms! Fantastic and one of the best I've come across, a wellness area and a pool where you want to be there all the time! The breakfast is elaborate with many options! They make you delicious omelettes and nutella crepes if you ask for it!Fresh juices everyday and smoothies they make every morning different!The staff was the kindest I have ever met and always available to help you with anything you need!Thank you very much Sebastian Andrey and the owner who was always by our side with a positive aura and interest! One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Designed to the smallest detail in a way everything fits into the astonishing landscape in a contemporary way. The staff was very helpful, friendly and motivated. We will come back.

Just the screens for the windows could be more breathable. The screen provided didn’t let in much air. The one time we had the window open a very large spider the size of hand was on our walls. Otherwise we would have kept windows open during the night.

We loved everything about it but the mattresses were a little bit hard - still slept well though!

We stayed here to attend a wedding. It was the most beautiful place and location and the staff working there were so attentive and made us feel so welcome! We loved every minute! It was so relaxing and the facilities and views were incredible! We found we could walk to most places or easily book taxis if we felt it was needed. Would definitely come back!

The water temperature in jacuzzi was lukewarm. I saw the same issue described in other reviews. Probably the faulty construction.

It has been renovated about 5 years ago, everything is well thought of, great design, comfortable beds, free parking,incredible spa facilities: infinity pool, 3 saunas, including steam and Finnish , jacuzzi outdoors with fantastic view of the mountains and sunset skies. Herbal teas and couches are available to relax and meditate. Excellent breakfast with fresh croissants, cakes, speck and cheeses, eggs to order and a delicious coffee. It is run by a wonderful Ingrid, who helped us with small and big issues ( we needed a COVID test 24 h prior to going back to USA, couldn’t get an appointment at the only pharmacy that did them , she called a local doctor and ask to do us a favor). We came for a week of skiing, Colfosco is right on the Sellaronda circle, the hotel though is not ski in and ski out. It was my mistake, I thought it was. Yet that didn’t bother us, there is a ski bus that takes you to the pistes, we chose to take our car and park near the lift, it takes only 2 minutes and costs 4 euros per day. We’ll definitely go back to this place again!

Clean, modern, well equipped apartments. So many little touches made it really special. The sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi were really smart with glorious views over the mountain. Breakfast is great. Very covid secure! Ski bus goes from outside the door and the ticket is included in the room rate-it is an (unusually) good bus service! There is an underground car park but it’s a bit of a faff getting in and out (via an exciting car lift) which encouraged us to get the bus

We came only for 2 night and didn’t want to leave! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are in high standards and everything was beautiful. We hope to be back soon!
