Very attractive and comfortable house with peaceful garden just outside the city walls in interesting suburb. With very friendly host, Bruna. The bikes Bruna lent us were such a fantastic way to discover the town and ride into the countryside to Villa Reale.

There were steep stairs which were tricky with a heavy suit case. The host helped me with the climb. If I had realised I could have rearranged my bags. Although on a side street there is quite a lot of traffic noise in the first floor room which meant that I had to keep the windows shut. It got quite warm in the evening. It was not clear how you operate the fan in the room. Lucca is very busy in Oct and the restaurants were full. Reservations are essential. On day 2, I had a sandwich at a nearby pasticerria because I could not find a table at a restaurant in Lucca on Thursday night.

For breakfast, there was good coffee and a pastry. There was a choice of cheeses, ham and selection of breads. There were plenty of different juices. Some guests also had cereal with milk and fresh fruit. It was possible to have breakfast outside in the garden on the patio for those who preferred. There was also a large bottle of water in the room. I liked that there was plenty of secure off road parking and the property is on a one-way street. It is an easy walk into Lucca via the underpass which is well lit at night. I had a nice salad at a cafe near the duomo before listening to a Puccini concert. It was good to feel secure walking back to the B&B. My host spent a long time explaining nice places to visit nearby which I will consider in the future.

Lulu B & B was exceptional from start to finish. We spent 4 nights. Bruno was an amazing host very warm personality. She had our room ready when we arrived early. Made us coffee and served lovely cakes when we arrived. The house is beautiful very homely. This is five star accommodation. We even had dressing gowns in bedroom. Sheets on bed changed after two nights. Bruno was so friendly and helpful more like a friend than a host. She served a fantastic breakfast and coffee was delicious. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was superb, served both in the dining room and in her beautiful garden. The room was spacious, with a modern shower. We enjoyed having breakfast in Bruna's wonderful garden. Above all, Bruna herself was most welcoming, and couldn't do enough for us. We like peace and tranquillity, and we certainly got it at Bruna's place.

Very friendly and helpful host. The on site parking is a real bonus as we found that it can be a nightmare to park in Tuscany. It was perfect to leave the car there and walk into Lucca. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good.

Whilst the fan provided in our room was adequate, it could do with some air conditioning.

The property was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed and great facilities. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Great setting with lovely gardens in quiet road. Bruna, the owner, is just so lovely and accommodating. She really cannot do enough for her guests. She is the nicest/kindest B&B owner that my wife and I have had the good fortune to meet in very many years.

The location is very quiet. Parking is ideal, right next to the accommodation. Check-in was without problems, the lady owner was very pleasant and advised us a few interesting tips for trips. Breakfast was rich with a large selection and the possibility to have breakfast in the garden. The room was cosy. The accommodation is a bit out of the centre but those who like peace and quiet will appreciate it. We would like to come back here, we felt very well

Bruna was the most amazing host. She was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. Location is great- about 10 mins walk from the old town so vry peaceful and there is a beautiful garden at the property. Bruna also leant us bikes to cycle around the city walls. Breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend and would return without a doubt.

It's a very comfortable and cute little B&B situated in walking distance to the city wall. There's private parking on site. Bruna, the host, takes care of everything you need. She's very kind and helpful.

This B&B is nicely renovated, the rooms are tastefully decorated whilst not overdone. Bruna is a really great and very helpful host. The breakfast is very good with everything you need, much more than you would expect in Italy. The road passing by is not busy at night, so we could sleep with the window open without problems. There is parking available within the premises which we appreciated very much. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this place.
