Everything was excellent with Raffaella and the rest of the family, starting with the communication. Had a late check-in and they were flexible with that. They gave us tips on how to go out and about and even invited us to a family trip out of town (which we had to pass unofortunately). Our kids loved the owners' little dog Rocky. We had many relaxed days by the pool. The house itself has everything you need for a nice holiday (we stayed for 2 weeks). With a rental car we visited many places around the island. Renting a car is recommended as the property is out of town. Highly recommending Lily House 🩷

If you stay in this house you do need a car to travel around as public transport is limited.

This is a lovely property to stay in with a good size pool and view of the ocean in the distance. During my stay in Catania my husband fell ill and end up in hospital. The host of this house were so kind and did everything they could do to help me. They supported in helping me return the hire car and move to a new property as I had to extend my stay. They were amazing hosts and I can't thank them enough for their kindness.

I could easily sum up all the things that were amazing but I will make a selection; - Facilities were amazing (protected parking space, nice house, fantastic pool, furniture,....) - I want to highlight how clean the house and surroundings were. Also the pool was crystal clear, as were the decks around it. - Last but not least; Special mention for Raffaella who gave us all the information we needed but even more. She gave us tips about trips, restaurants, bars, etc..., which were all really fantastic. We followed most of them and discovered some hidden gems, thanks to her tips. We are really grateful for this as it really boosted our stay even more! To sum it up, really nothing to complain about. If you want to stay in the Catania/Etna are, I would definitely recommend!

Amazing with great customer service...host collected us and returned us to the airport...on route from airport dropped us at Lidl and waited for us to get our weekly shop.....on arrival were given fresh cooked pasta for lunch. had small issue with sink which was fixed straight away by the host....every day the pool was cleaned including all the decking areas with time and effort by the host to ensure a very clean pool area...if required host available if you have any issues......OK YOU MUST READ THAT IS HAS NO AIR CON so dont give them a lower score as they advise of this...but plenty of fans as required....overall a great place with hosts that go out to please guests 100% customer service

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with our hire car on day one and the host arranged transport the following day. The pool was cleaned daily, house was clean and had all the amenities needed. It was at the end of a quiet street with local shops and main road networks a short easy drive away. We will be returning. Thank you.

Nothing really. We already knew there was no air-con and that we would need a car to go to restaurants etc.

Absolutely superb Villa, spacious, comfortable and its elevated position gave a view to the sea in the distance. Very quiet location. The swimming pool was a real plus - the main reason we chose the property. Cleaned every day, seats to relax in and birdsong all around. Well-stocked cupboards and comfortable bed, good shower and lots of space for us to really relax and unwind. Our hosts were so helpful, giving tips on sightseeing and where to eat. They live in the house below the Villa but we’re never intrusive - just there if we needed them. (Special thanks for the pasta!!) Their little dog Rocky warmly welcomed us back from our excursions every day. We’d highly recommend Lily House to couples and anyone wanting to really unwind.

There are a few levels outside with a choice of areas to relax, eat outside and enjoy the sun. There are good cooking facilities and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby within walking distance. The pool was fantastic, a good size and clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful, I highly recommend Lily House and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Everything was just perfect. The owners are really nice and ready to help. If you are going there to recharge your batteries it is definitely the place to be, it is quite, comfortable such a place where you can relax. If you are going to explore the area there is no way you can do it without a car but if you have one then it's a great location away from the craziness of a city but close enough to explore.

Very clean, well equipped and well kept property with very good sized private pool and private outdoor area, and private parking on site. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Very well located in quiet residential area. Highly recommended for families.

The pool area is wonderful, pool has been cleaned every day. The house is modern and was very clean. We used the kitchen a lot, equipment was good. In the sleeping room is a big cupboard. We had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. The owners were very friendly and helpful, asked us every day if everything is ok, as they are living next door. With an A/C, the house would be perfect.
