Arrived to large puddle of water on floor but someone came to clean it up right away. Later realized refrigerator was not working (and likely was the cause of water on floor). We didn't bother to ask for it to be fixed during our 2 night stay, was not an issue. Upstairs showerhead/hose needs to be replaced as hose is broken and leaks quite badly, but downstairs shower was fine. Entire place was a bit dirty. Small spiral staircase to downstairs is quite treacherous (goes to second bedroom/bathroom). No indoor drying rack if you happen to use washer (but there is an outdoor line on the terrace). Beds are quite hard.

Great location in Manarola (the best village) with a beautiful view of the village and the sea. Not TOO many stairs to climb compared to other places. Check in was super easy with the keys in a lock box. Parking was super easy and the parking box was larger than we expected which was nice (extra charge but worth it). Having two bathrooms was nice. Host was quick to respond to our inquiries. The alleged best restaurant in town (Trattoria Billy) is right outside your front door (although we didn't get a chance to eat there). Large (shared) terrace with great view right outside front door also. Apartment does have washing machine and detergent but we didn't need to use it. A/C works well. Wifi was good also.

Appartment was clean but floors were a little dirty, seemed not to have been mopped in places. Some fixtures and fittings were broken or rickety

Perfect location. Views of town, terrace garden farms, and sea. Quirky layout. Next door to Billy's restaurant. Balcony was amazing. You could spend your whole night out there

It was all great!

The apartment was beautiful. The view was amazing and the two decks are a really nice place to relax and soak in this wonderful place. The rooms were on the lower level and very quiet and comfortable. Regina's Pizza was very close and delicious. My husband enjoyed nearby hiking. We also appreciated the washing machine! Host was very responsive and helpful.

We received directions the morning we arrived and they were easy to follow. The apartment is in a great location and the views are fantastic. Very clean overall and we loved every minute.

The host was not responsive during our stay. We were told to WhatsApp them with any issues. The first morning, we discovered the coffee maker was broken. We sent a message via WhatsApp and we could see that they saw the message, but they never replied. Three days later they responded to our message when we shared we had checked out, but they never addressed the broken coffee maker.

The view from the balcony was spectacular! The bed was comfortable.

Gorgeous views in a great location. Getting access was super easy with keys in a lock box. Since we were driving, they reserved a parking spot for us for 25 euros a night.

The level of cleanliness was not to a standard that I would expect for the price of accommodation. The shower screen in the main bathroom was dysfunctional, which meant that the bathroom floor flooded every time someone showered.

We loved the views and the location. There was plenty of room in the apartment and a functional kitchen & separate washing machine. It was a bonus that American friends, who had booked months after us but through the same group, Arbaspàa, were in our street.

I wish we were warned to stay at the top of the hill with the suitcases and to send just one person down the hill to retrieve the keys. A minor inconvenience that did not affect the overall stay.

The views from the balcony were amazing. The apartment was spacious and clean. We greatly appreciated having the washer and dryer at the half way point of our trip.

Wow, this apartment made our holiday in Cinque Terre feel very special! We had the best view overlooking Manarola, and the terrace was so spacious that we could do some stretches in the morning and chill there in the evening, we really made the most of it! The kitchen was well equiped, bed was comfy, all the appliances worked. The staff were helpful any time I had a question, either online or in person.
