Agnese, our host was great!She made sure we felt most welcomed at her accomodation. Communication was good from the start, she gave us great tips where to eat and colazione breakfast vouchers at the great bar /pasticceria near. The room was spacious, clean, with coffee machine and daily cleaning with fluffy towels Amazing value for money.!You can easily reach Vatican with a bus or just walk 15 min through neibourghood. Book these rooms!

Agnese offered us the most pleasant accomodation in Rome. It is the third time in the city and coming to Luxury Vatican Rooms was the best choice we could make. The room was very tidy and spacious, with everyday cleaning service. The staff is very kind and open to customer service and if we had any question about the city or with our overall accomodation, Agnese took care of it.

The elevator was small, we couldn't fit all our luggage. No food is offered at the hotel.

The walls are very thin here. You can hear people beside and above you easily. A couple of times the guests across from us were chatting with door open and one night someone checked in in the middle of the night awakening us.The bathroom is very tight, I am a bigger man and I had to step outside to dry off. Agnese is very friendly and helpful. She directed us to restaurants nearby. We didn't hate this place, but we just expected a bit more with the name given to the accommodations.

There was a problem with the door in the bathroom that could not lock properly. Locality was quiet and there was supermarket, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. However, you need to use public transport to get in the center, if you do not like walking (20min to the Vatican).

Agnese, the manager of accommodation, was really nice. The room was ok in size and clean.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Vatican. The property was very clean, with hot water available all the time and a mini bar filled with beverages and snacks priced at reasonable rates. This was very helpful since we arrived at the accommodation much later than anticipated. There are lots of restaurants around the building and a bus stop. Agnese and Carla were very pleasant, helpful and always responsive. They engaged with us one day before our arrival and made sure we had all the necessary informations before we left our country.

The location was alright but it was not very central to the heart of Rome. It was still very easy to get there (by bus or metro) but you need to count 20-25 mins minimum to get to the more touristy spots. It was a very local neighbourhood though which made it quite nice.

The location. If you want to stay here to have easy access to the Vatican, then it's roughly a 30 minutes walk. There are bus stations around 7 minutes away and the metro is about 15 minutes walk.

The room was quite small but surprisingly had almost anything you might need from a hotel room.

It took quite a while before there was warm water to shower. I thought that was a waste of water. During that time I would have already finished the shower. The buses don't have any timetable, so I was never able to see when there is a bus to Valle Aurelia, most of the days I walked then.

The room was really nice and clean. Modern and new. The mattress was a bit too soft for me, but that is just my own opinion. There was a balcony. Near Valle Aurelia is a vegan grocery shop, that also sells some wraps and freshly made food. Definitely recommend that wrap. The host of the accommodation was really lovely, kind and had a smile in her face. She was very welcoming.

Room was really super clean and nice, we had a problem with a shower and hot water, but they came at 22h in 15 min after we have called them and fix everything. They have cleaned our room every day, every 3rd day changed our bed sheets and towels, send us recommendations what to see and where to go, and advice us for bus shuttle to the airport. Really nice host and great value for the money. I will stay there again:)

The hosts were very nice and friendly, always happy to provide us with useful information on where to eat, how to easily reach the city center and so on. The area is quite and and safe, yet close to the metro, with lots of places to eat. The room was spacious with a nice wardrobe and a small fridge. The bed was comfy.

Go there by bus, don't use the metro, the walk from the metro sucks.

The team here are so lovely, really helped us out a lot. The room had great air con, and the bathroom was really modern. After we used the bus, it was quite easy to get around.

The check in service could be better, we came after midnight and no-one was there to check us in for like 10 minutes. And since it is an apartment in a building, we couldn’t get into the building either. Someone from the residents let us in yet I would advice to call the place before reaching the location by 20 minutes.

The cleaning wasn’t very good. We put towels on the floor, because we wanted them changed (that we saw on the instruction in the bathroom). After coming back in the evening we saw the dirty towels were just hung onto the hooks again. The owner arranged fresh towels in the morning though. The second day our room wasn’t made at all and this was blamed on a misunderstanding that didn’t make any sense. We didn’t get any apology from the owner, only excuses. Not talking about changing the bed linen (every three days), but just making the bed and room like the day before. The cleaner apparently went in our room after knocking several times, but since we left the shutters down the person thought we were sleeping and just didn’t make up the room. We left the shutters down (not completely dark) because the sun was on the windows the whole day, the room was hot in the evening and the first day they turned off the AC while we were out. We prefered to sleep with the AC off. We had a small balcony, but no door to go outside. The closest metro stop is around 15 min. walk and on the way there uphill. If you’re not a sound sleeper, you might be bothered by noise of other guests (phone calls, talking, etc.)

Bed and shower were good. Fairly big room. Working AC, free wifi and coffee available in the room. There’s a mini bar, but it’s additional. Prices are listed in the room. Hairdryer is also provided.
