Their organizzation. When we arrived the receptionist had brought us to a room where THERE IS NO CABINET TO HANG OUR CLOTHES. When I asked why he said that it was not delivered. I was upset that their coordination is poor and I was told it is not their fault that the delivery was delayed, as if I was in control of their orders. Matteo did his best to transfer us to another room WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE EVEN BEFORE WE ARRIVED. During our check out the other receptionist asked us if we have paid for our city taxes which I did during check in. COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION AMONG STAFFS AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE UPGRADED. The noise of the people at the bar downstairs is annoying. It can be heared inside the room.

Both receptionists I met were extremely kind and thoughtful about my stay. Nice cozy room overall, excellent for a short stay and you get the best you could for this price.

When arriving was no met with large wooden doors to apartment, had to buzz the 3rd floor for entrance, not what was expected from the photos online. The furnishings in the room lacked somewhere you could put your clothes. The WIFI was intermittent and wasn't working sometimes. The shower was intermittent and one day it was cold. The sound proofing wasn't great and you could hear people from next door and the lift opening and closing. The facilities were undergoing work so no breakfast options were available.

The insulation of the rooms is very very bad. All the sockets in the room were broken except one.

The staff at the reception were very attentive and polite. The location of the hotel is good, many buses pass by. Hot water was always available. Our room was cleaned every day.

The hotel is located in a residential building from the third floor and is a little harder to find because it is not clearly marked. The lift is small, built before the war, you have to close the inner and outer doors manually when you use it and when you leave it so that others can use it, but it works great. You get breakfast on a tray in the room, which is always late, it's always the same - sweet and unhealthy, you need to add something salty on that tray. No slippers and the floor is very cold - bring slippers with you! The water in the bathroom has bad pressure, so you can't set the appropriate temperature - sometimes it's icy, sometimes cook you with heat. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom that works for a total of 2 minutes, as soon as it heats up it has to cool down to work again - bring a hair dryer with you. The Internet is quite bad, the Wi-Fi signal is not stable. The TV is very small and there are only Italian programs - it is necessary to put cable television so that guest can see what is happening with the rest of the world.

Excellent location and connection with public transport, great shops and the possibility of buying meals near the hotel. In the room itself, there is a small but excellent refrigerator where you can store your snacks. Our room is cleaned every day. The bed is very soft but spacious. The heating is on the air conditioner and the room warms up quite quickly, but not the bathroom. It's a quiet neighborhood and it's great and peaceful for sleeping.

Very poorely equipped room - definitely more hostel style than hotel. Old furniture. Terribly small and old elevator with strange double-doors system. Prices in Rome vs what you get for that money is insanely disproportionate over weekends.

This is not my first time at MF hotel. I am staying here for several years, and i will do ir because of the service and the good value for money. As i am travelling a lot, this is the only place i met an welcoming attitude, small gestures, but make you feel safe and at home. The roons are ok in size, good baths. Breakfast served at roon. All i can say- special servixe for ess money. Perfect place to stay in Rome.

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Not far from underground station, in a quiet place. The room equipment was modest, but functional for my trip. I was looking for a place to sleep, with a privacy, for reasonable price. If you don't want to pay ridiculous amount of money for some other hotels, choose this one!
