There were only two things that could have been better: rain shower head is great for men, but I am not a fan of them when I don't want to get my hair wet and entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky.

The hotel was very new and in a great and very central location! I liked my spacious room, it was very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and wi-fi worked great.

It was our own fault, but we could not find a mini fridge for water. Only at checkout I mentioned it to reception and they showed me where it was in the room. Very silly, but as i said, it was our own fault for not looking better :)

You could not get a hotel more central for this price. 2 minute from Duomo and all the shopping areas, surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, taxis etc. Very good size room, gorgeous marble bathroom, very quiet at night in spite of being so central. Reception always staffed and very helpful, even the cleaning personnel extremely friendly and nice. I would definitely stay again without hesitation

The actual hotel is within a residential building and is hard to find. Intercom didn’t really work. Reception staff had a bit of an attitude and were sometimes not very pleasant.

Lovely boutique hotel with new and very clean rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Great bathrooms. The location is excellent, just behind Duomo.

the only thing I didn’t like it’s the attitude of the front desk agent. I have never seen a receptionist this unfriendly, never smiled, seemed bother when we were asking a question. The same person during check in and check out and same attitude.

just next to the Duomo rooms and bathrooms are beautiful there is a minibar, kettle, coffee machine it’s very quiet which is very important when you take a hotel downtown

Quite difficult to find as there is only a small sign from the street. Don’t expect a large entrance or big reception, as it is a boutique hotel and feels more like you are entering into an apartment :)

Excellent location, in the heart of Milan, yet our room was extremely quiet. Very clean, helpful staff. Perfect for a city visit!

It was a little difficult to locate and if you are coming by car, the property is in the inner ring ZLT. There was a lot of construction and the 25 euro parking garage they suggested was inaccessible. It should be clearly stated that unless you are checking in on a Saturday or Sunday you would be ticketed for driving to the hotel. Also, the building’s main floor is a pretty deserted downtown building. There was ample security with 2 keys for entry but I’m not sure I’d feel comfortable traveling alone here. That said… as a group we overcame the parking issues and were pleased with the actual rooms.

The rooms were a little small but immaculate. Clean, chic, gorgeous bathroom, good linens, good furniture. The marble bathroom was modern and stunning. Great rain shower and Aqua di Parma toiletries. The location is an easy 5 minute walk to the Duomo, shopping Galería and Rinascente. The building has an elevator to the 10 rooms on the 2nd floor.

Loved the design of the hotel, the atmosphere was so peaceful and calming compared to the hustle and bustle outside, the hotel was a five minute walk from the duomo next to the duomo is Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, also I found it so charming and unique that hotel had a vintage Otis elevator. Very cute.

Some rooms were very noisy and the rooms were not very clean. They change the sheets every 4 days. It was like a rental room rather than a hotel
