As a single woman traveller, Not having access to a “front door” pick up and drop off…

I loved the intimate and boutique feel of the hotel! The Eclectic furnishings were whimsical and delightful! The vibe was very chill… great music. The staff was very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and presentation was very clever!

from the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of for us. The staff was attentive and kind and every detail of the property is well thought out! I wrote it was our honeymoon when we booked and we were upgraded from the most basic room to a one bedroom suite! we arrived inside and there was champagne and little treats! It was so kind. the breakfast they provide in the morning is also delicious and very yummy! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The location was great. You can walk to all the main sites and shopping strips. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food was of a high standard and delicious. Pastries , assorted breads and scrambled eggs that melted in your mouth. You also have the choice of dining for lunch and dinner in their many beautiful areas of the hotel. A beautiful bouquet hotel in a great location. A cosy family feel but with luxury. But what makes a place exceptional is the people. All the staff were amazing!!! You were always greeted with a smile and it was their pleasure to assist you. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

yoghurt included in your breakfast, omlett/ porridge/ fruits to pay extra, very good coffee, hotel near fontana di trevi - very central & everything good to get to by foot, pretty loud outside during the night - sleeping with open window not a good idea, with closed windows & ac totally fine :-)

As described above, the hard product is very good, however my opinion is that breakfast is slightly misaligned with the excellence of the hotel. The selection caters mostly to people who appreciate sweet options, I would suggest a more balance approach to the offering, maybe including some savoury items from the get go, without having to request specific meals from the menu.

The hotel is situated in the city centre, 30 meters away from the Fontana di Trevi. Despite being in the middle of the hustle and bustle the room was silent and relaxing. Additionally I found the room to be bigger than usual, very comfortable, with a very well designed bathroom and a tastefully decorated bedroom. The entire hotel is well kept and well designed. Staff was very friendly and expedient (Alessandra was just outstanding). I would most definitely recommend Maalot for a stay in Rome

The location is in a tourist trap between the Pantheon and Trevi fountain but if you’re willing to overlook that it’s in a great location.

The staff was fantastic. The rooms were very spacious and accommodating. The best shower/water pressure I have ever had in Europe.
