Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Amazing, friendly, attentive service. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Modern rooms. Very tasty breakfast. I really liked that the body cream was given to the customers - it was very useful. The environment is calm, quiet. From the hotel near the sea - up to 10 minutes on foot; the old town can be reached on foot in 30 minutes.

It was our second stay at this hotel, we like the breakfast which offers plenty to choose from. The rooms are spotless and the hotel is in a good position close to shops and the beach.

Everything was great here

Amazing location, great qualoty for the money! The staff are super helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. Some of the best restaurants in town are a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Nothing to dislike about this place. I will highly recommend anyone going to Rimini to stay there.

The hotel, bathroom, bedroom, breakfast were excellent. There was a person who took care of organizing the room everyday, since we wanted it to be. We were given a room which is supposed to be in quiet location, and it was. The host, Massimiliano, and his colleague are amazing people, and fun to talk to. They are very friendly, and give the guest the space which the guest requires. Amazing Espresso!! I am not a particular fan of spending time on beaches, so no comments on that. We needed an invoice for our university, and Massimiliano was extremely helpful with that too.

We loved the stay at the T hotel, very friendly and clean if we go back to Rimini definitely staying at the Hotel. The Towels were always replaced and bed made. Minimalistic and beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and loved the coffee would only recommend. Bathroom new, everything worked perfectly. The host is also very friendly! Thank you, Massimo.

Location is close to the beach and all local amenities. We’ll equipped spotless room with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe and new bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host, Massimo, is very helpful. The b&b is such good value for money.

Everything was just perfect.

Massimiliano, who works in the hotel, took his time with us and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable (booked taxis for us, kept our luggage even after checkout, etc). Thank you so much for that! The location is superb, directly connected to the “metro bus” but also central enough to take regular taxis out for dinner. I could see the sea from my balcony! It’s 200m away- enjoyed the walk very much. The rooms were super clean, very comfortable, the street is very quiet so there is barely any noise. The showers were big and brand new. Breakfast was delicious. The stay and service exceeded all my expectations - I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for everything!

There was super tiny shower in our room, you couldnt even turn around. and we are average. Cant imagine if I was 90+ kilo. Can imagine finding a parking lot nearby in a main season will be pain.

Excellent hotel with wonderful people working there. Massimiliano and the hotel staff did everything to make our stay at their hotel comfortable and enjoyable :) They were very polite, helpful and nice, many thanks to them! The hotel is clean, rooms are also clean, comfy and they possess everything you might need both for a short stay as well as for a long-term stay. We went to Rimini for our anniversary, and Massimiliano gave us a nice room with huge terrace and inside the apartment we found beautiful flowers as a present. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast, both sweet and non-sweet, you will definitely find something for yourself, because there’s really a lot of food. Location of the hotel is convenient, it will take 5 by bus minutes to get to the city center and couple minutes walk to reach the beach. What’s also important, nearby the hotel you can find many cafes and restaurants. We’ll definitely choose T Hotel next time in Rimini. Many thanks to Massimiliano and all the people working in this hotel!
