The only real problem was that the bathrooms attached to rooms were often quite dirty and wet from use. Thankfully, there are two common bathrooms in the corridors, which do not normally see much use and are quite clean.

The hostel has a good location, being fairly far from the city center, but close to the underground station. The quiet nearby area is also fairly good, with quite a few restaurants and shops. The downstairs restaurant is very good. The staff are hospitable and helpful.

We had a double room with private bath on second floor. I expected noise from the bistro and was delighted to see there was none. Everything nice and quiet, we slept very well. The room was clean, we had everything we needed. The reception staff was extremely attentive and helpful, thank you, Stefano.

Sleeping in a room with 8 (top side of a bunk bed) was new to me. Didn't get as much sleep as I hoped, even though I got some free earplugs when I checked in :-). Mattresses were rather firm (hard). But considering I worked in the mattrass industry for a few years, maybe I'm too critical.

Easy to reach, just minutes away from Lodi TIBB metro station. Very friendly staff that is 24/24 present. Really nice bar and terrace with creative and lively atmosphere and a lot of nice enthousiastic people (travellers and locals). Breakfast was excellent, along with very nice Italian cappucino.

Nice and cozy hostel, very close to the city center of Milan. The location is perfect, just 5 min walking from the metro line that will take you to Duomo, right in the heart of Milan. The hostel has a big kitchen, nice and quiet common area (in the back) and a bar/restaurant at the front. There’s always a table reserved for hostel guests and you get 10% discounts. Rooms are big, with lockers that can fit your backpack and clean. Bathrooms are very clean as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing friendly staff, cozy rooms and unlimited free coffee :) The location of the hostel is very convenient to go to Duomo, which is the iconic building in Milano. I would like to stay here again for my next travel.

Sorry about this, but it could get noisy really easily. The walls are really thin. When other guests were loud, I could everything. Plus, same story with the football matches just outside the building. A great stay, but not a quiet one.

The people were great! All very nice and ready to help answer any questions one could have. The private rooms are big and comfortable.

The service and attention given to the guests is better than in a 5-star hotel. Lovely staff. The atmosphere in the bar is charmingly pleasant and homely and lively. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Extremely satisfied with my stay here. Never been so excited to write a review:)

First of all I have been traveling to a lot of countries and I stayed and differents hostels, but this one was the best hostel ever starting from the staff Clio and Antonella Ferro they were really so kind and always smiling, when I arrived I was really tired but talking with them gave me a good energy, the rooms are so good bathrooms are so clean , and also it’s really close to metro station, and also there is Market 24/7 next to the hostel like 5 mins walk , I advise you guys if you go to Milan choose this one , Ciao and FORZA MILAN :D

Beds are made out of metal and are noisy. Outlets were outside of the bed for upper bunks which was inconvenient

I have a friend who lives in Milan and on Saturday night she joined me at the hostel bar for a drink and the staff wouldn't let her sit on the tables because she was not a guest. So we both were standing there even if there were free space for sitting. This is the only thing I have to say that was not so good, annoying to be honest. But the rest was awesome.

Everything was great, the atmosphere, the drinks, the breakfast the guests, and the staff. I have spent 3 nights there and every day I met new and great people, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Expensive for a hostel but I paid a similar price in Rome for somewhere nice but not as high end. The rest of the hostels I looked at in Milan were eek.

Staff were amazing, service was amazing, breakfast included! Like no hostel Ive ever been to wow. Treated us like real guests was insane. They even have a save table for guests at the cafe they run. Super kind, considerate, clean and safe. Safety is my main priority. Karaoke on Saturday night was also super fun and wholesome! And big room, were all quite spread out from each other. All in all a great experience.

Some of the other guest can be very loud in the dorm rooms. Maybe you can add cushioning to the luggage compartment or to the ladder when it slams down into the bed railing. Overall, more soundproofing.

When I placed an order for a latte on both days I had to ask twice as it seems the bar staff forgot.

The breakfast was okay, cereal and fresh fruit, continental breakfast available. The lady on reception was friendly and informative about the hostel. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and lockers were available.
