Rooms was bit small, though i was upgraded but this size is expected in Europe. The guy at reception / checkin at late evening time was fantastic. He helped me with his inputs to all the info requested. Unfortunately i forgot to ask his name. Room was nice, clean, breakfast was also nice & had variety of options, staff at b/f room, always courteous & ready to help. Location is very close to Milano centrale stn, 2-3 min walk. Enjoyed the stay!

Keycards for lift and room constantly failed. Replacements failed even when used by staff after reprogramming. The hotel frontage is covered with scaffolding while renovations are carried out.

Location very close to main train station for using public transfer inside city, The rooms small and unfortunately it was not so good smelling. Air conditions very loudly. But overall nice stay there

Have a better bed. Breakfast with more kind of fruits. The TV has limited number of channels. I think that all the rest of the facilities are OK:

Room was fine. Location is good after you get there. I arrived in Milano Central station and many people asked me for money. The staff was excellent. Some of them speaks my language and he was very nice. The room is small and the bed was also small but was OK. Theere is subway station closer and better than Mila Central (SONDRIO).

The room was too small for two people. Hardly enough space to walk around the bed. No room to put our carry on (small) luggage. Pricier than the other Best Western hotel we had been in the previous night. Had to change hotels due to a change in our travel plans. Breakfast was disappointing, and pricey for the quality.

Filipino, the desk clerk who greeted us and gave us a lot of helpful information. Convenient location, close to Sondrio Metro station, which made it easy to get to the Duomo.

The construction around the hotel made it less enjoyable. However the location, room facilities and staff were very nice. Super close to train station.

However, the room was quite small and dark, with a TV set positioned in the middle, which further limited the space. The breakfast experience was disappointing due to a limited selection, poor product quality, and a lack of fresh vegetables. Cleanness needs improvement.

The location is convenient for an overnight stay, as it is right next to the railway station. Additionally, advanced walkers can reach the cathedral and city center on foot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The area around the hotel, and Milan railway station, was a little intimidating. Some of the bars nearby were charging extortionate prices for drink, whilst others not too far away were very reasonable.

Location was good. Close to the main railway station. Staff were extremely helpful. They sent us to a great restaurant just 100 metres away.

The staff in the concierge especially the tall guy is not accommodating and not fit for thể concierge. The tall black guy in the restaurant is very kind and accommodating that add a plus factor in the hotel.

The Air condition did not function well in room 24. There was a smell at the beginning of the corridor to room 24, not a very bad smell but there was a whiff till we checked out and it was just there not in the rooms or other parts of the hotel.

I was overly impressed with the bathroom cleanliness and most importantly for me the attention paid to the supply of the bathroom stuffs from the very clean towels to the bathrobes to the sanitary bags to the floor mats, I will give that a 10/10 The staffs was friendly and willing to give a helping hand.

Good hotel as one can expect from the Best Western Hotel chain. Great location with excellent restaurant nearby that the check in staff recommended.
