It was pretty dirty, there was almost no kitchen, no towels, shower and toilet were very small.

Fact that I was not given a key to room I was staying it, but door was kept open which was a bit of a concern both when in and out of room, since my room was very near entrance door and at times main door was left open by people leaving premises. There were small cockroaches in the small kitchenette. The 2 showers with toilet catering for 3 rooms with 4 bunk-beds each are very small and one did not even lock. I was not told of 2nd shower with lock on my arrival and discovered it in due course during my stay. Not good value for money spent there. I was let down that I had 2 previous accommodations booked much earlier cancelled closer to my date of travel and then my choice was very limited and prices had gone up. I made a complaint but got no compensation for inconvenience and extra costs incurred though I was refunded but it was the accommodation I wanted secured not the refund. Person receiving guests speaks very limited English and Italian so communication was difficult. My room had minimal furniture - just a chair apart from 2 bunk-beds sleeping 4 people whereas the other rooms had a large standing fan apart from ceiling fan, a wardrobe, a table and small stools. Has good potential to be upgraded if owners make the effort to make it more welcoming by attaching some hooks to wall to hang clothes, add a flat screen TV possibly and ACs (a must).

Location - very close to Termini bus station - practically a road parallel to station. Room had a balcony and big bunk beds. Wifi was available as was a ceiling fan but it was not enough during heatwave.

Lack of communication the guys could barely speak English or Italian, the place looks like a mess, only one cord in the room, lack of hygiene There are two little bathrooms they didn't seem cleaned seriously from ages. No locker was available Price far exaggerated for what you get Really don't understand how booking can promote such a place

The property was extremely unclean Bathroom/toilet was very small and unclean, especially the shower. The room was very hot, there was an semi operating fan but you couldn’t feel it at all. No space to place bags safely. No sitting area or anywhere to relax for few minutes. The property did not have a welcoming feeling at all, you regret booking it, the moment you set it. The staff or property owner did not make you feel welcome and was not help with anything, not even providing WIFI details or anything. The elevator was not working so I had take down 2 heavy bags down to flight of stars while the property owner watched me go down. No towel was offered to anyone in the rooms.

That it was close to a train station that’s all.

No one was at the property to let me in and check me in, and despite checking what time I was leaving at the end of my stay there was no one there to return the key to receive my deposit back. Both times I had to call and wait for someone to come. I was also told to pay extra for city tax despite it being included. The whole place was not very clean, the bathrooms were especially bad in this regard. One of the owners came into the room frequently and asked repeatedly if I had paid, and also tried to tell me to leave a day early for no apparent reason. Overall it was simply not a very nice place to be, but at the end of the day it was the cheapest accommodation in Rome for me.

The location next to the train station is very convenient, and the man who checked me in was friendly. The beds were also fairly comfortable

I itch all over after spending the night here, maybe there were bedbugs. The only plus is the proximity of the station and the availability of free seats. If it wasn’t for an emergency, then I wouldn’t have settled here, since even from the photo you can see that this is a slightly dubious place. There is nothing like a front desk or a hostel. Takes the money and meets some man (quite nice). It's more like a former apartment with some Ikea beds. I think it's shouldn't be on Booking.

See below (cause its all bad), the issue is due to the location it could be a great hostel. There was no reception area, the listing says 1am check in when they mean 11am. There was no buzzer to get in only call and even then it was like they had no idea it was a hostel they were running The new Ikea bunkbeds and new blankets were at least decent but really would only suggest staying if you need to be very close to train station and can deal with aost nothing for the money spent

There was no key to lock the rooms, no secure area to lock up luggage, the bathrooms were tiny mostly broken and the kitchen was so gross I would not even wash a dish there let alone cook. No wifi given, also no checkout info, there were no 'staff' on-site when it was check out time nor anything communicated how they would expect you to check out

Basically everything. I'm not scared of a cheap hostel with poor hygiene. Usually i clean it if it's not. But this was ridiculous... Afterwards i would have rather spend a little extra for something decent than this. Even if it was for 1 night. As a solo female traveler i really don't recommend this. If it wasn't for this other girl that stayed the night in this hostel, i would've booked another hotel or airbnb that same night. It's a creepy atmosphere... No locks on everything... Nobody speaks proper English, Italian or Spanish.

There is no air conditioner,whole night people were sweating , I saw everyone in only underwear’s as it was unbearable , no privacy curtains , no sockets to charge , no light , it was absolute punishment
