Only one small thing. Lift was old and doesn't stop at every floor so you need to lift the stroller/ bags few steps up and down if with kids but wasn't that bad and manageable easily for us.

Location is amazing. Everything super close by. Many restaurants in approx 600-800 mtrs. Main train station and bus stop at walking distance. Staff was amazing and so helpful. Rooms are modernized with all facilities. Free snacks and tea coffee. Excellent sea view. Rooms were cleaned every day. Everything was great. Loved it.

Absolutely stunning! Fantastic central location, newly furbished, well-equipted apartman with 2 double beds, with AC and fast wifi. Everything is new and modern. 24h coffee/coca/tea, in the mini fridge every morning juice, milk and water, on the table a basket of snacks (although the apartman is self-catering we had a full breakfast this way). Host lady is friendly, fluent English-speaking and helpful. Whenever I go back to Sardinia I would choose this apartman again. Thank You!

The apartment is located in the centre of Cagliari, super clean, recently renovated with all the comforts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it.

The noise from the large air conditioning unit outside the window did disturb my sleep the one might I stayed there. The price is a little high for a solo traveller.

These rooms are in a lovely old building with high ceilings and an elevator. The rooms are lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. Wonderful shower. Comfortable bed. The jost is very welcoming. The provision of coffee /water/milk and various snacks is helpful. Location is very near the main bus and train stations.

That unfortunately there is scaffolding up around the building at the moment so we couldn’t open the shutters so no natural light at any time

Even though there is an elevator, doors open between floors, so you will need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator and again from the elevator to the front door of the accommodation.

The room was stylish and was immaculately clean. It seemed like it had been newly decorated. It's a modern room in an old historic building in a fantastic location. The staff we met (owners?) were really kind and lovely. Bottled water, coffee and snacks were included. Make sure you phone to let them know what time you're arriving. I had sent an SMS with our expected arrival time (as requested) but we ended up being late so there was no-one there to greet us. If I was to stay again, I would call and let them know. This is not a criticism as the staff were fantastic and were there in five minutes.

The room we stayed in was located with a great window towards the main road along the port. The window did not provide much sound insulation and it could get a bit noisy at night. But the view was kind of worth it!

Location is perfect with walking distance to the main areas in cagliari. The bus stop is just outside making it easy to get around by bus to the beaches. The staff was super friendly and suggested many interest things to do.

Really nice room and absolutely nice service from the young girl that welcomed us. Great facilities with self service coffee and snacks in the room. Wonderfull interior in a very old apartment. Would anytime recommend it. Great situated by the harbour and within walking distance to every shopping and restaurant♥️
