Absolutely everything was perfect. Superb location for all Sorrento has to offer including access to station for trains and buses and port for ferries. Ate in 3 excellent restaurant all very close by. The design and style of the property is exceptional and to the highest standards. Breakfast was also wonderful with plenty of choice which varied daily. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Amazing hotel. Exceptional service from everyone. Great breakfast, the cook was available to make any kind of eggs and/or pancakes that you requested. We loved the decor/design of the hotel. So much thought had been put into it. Complimentary drinks. Very central location. Very highly recommended.

Would be better for hotel to message you night before with instructions for arrival and how lift situation to gain access works (codes etc).

Maybe the only point to improve is the sun blocking in the room, but not really relevant.

Perfect! I have absolutely no complain for this hotel, my experience was extremely positive. The breakfast is delicious, the room is beatiful, big and always clean, location was perfect and the staff of course very kind and proactive.

The staff were lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful in restaurant recommendations and making bookings for restaurants and taxis. The breakfasts were wonderful and delicious with a choice of eating in the small dining area or outside on the charming roof terrace. Our room was a lovely size, very quiet and beautifully clean. The hotel was ideally located. We can't recommend it highly enough.

nothing to dislike but did discover there is the cutest preschool on the first floor which you can see from the terrace. We woke up at 8am on Monday and didn’t hear the kids until around 8:30 for about 5min before they went inside the classroom. Just something to be aware of if you sleep in.

Clean and updated property. Great location! About a 10-15 min walk to the marina/beach area. 5min from via cesareo for shopping and 3-5min from main square. 24hr front desk and nice amenities in room. Delicious breakfast in the mornings. Elevator available!

The hotel is right in the centre of town. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. They organised a driver for us to see the Amalfi coast and it was sensational. The kitchen staff and food they prepare for breakfast is wonderful. The rooms on the upper level open onto a balcony that has stunning views of the mountains as well as the nearby bell tower. A really lovely place to stay; we would highly recommend staying here.

Everything, location is central, short walk to the train station, 1 minute walk to the park overlooking Capri and the water, in the centre of the old town but very quiet at night. The staff are all really helpful and lovely. They bend over backwards to accommodate the requirements from the guests. Breakfast buffet is delicious with different goodies everyday. We extended our stay twice as we liked it so much. We stayed in two different types of rooms, both are very spacious. One of them has very high ceiling with a juliette balcony and water views. The outdoor terrace is pretty too. We will stay again if we come back to Sorrento!

Loved everything!

Excellent breakfast. The selection was incredible. Breakfast was served in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend. Location of hotel was also excellent. Very centrally located to shops and restaurants.

It was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. It was a short stroll to the historic centre, near cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was outstanding Car parking was made easy.
