Breakfast variety, the bathroom had plastic cups as toothbrush holders and no body moisturizer which you would expect from a 4 star hotel

We requested iron in the second day but we only got it at the last day before we left and actually we talked with the reception desk a few times but don't know why it takes so slowly to provide. Another thing want to mention maybe is the breakfast. We stayed there for five nights but everyday the breakfast is the same haha. It will be better if the chef could make some changes everyday 2-3 days.

The hotel is very nice with beautiful garden, swimming pool, restaurant and bars etc. it was a amazing stay in hotel Majestic for five nights. The room is very clean very nice balcony view. The hotel is located at a station before sorrento. Everyday you probably need to take train otherwise it takes around 30min walk to sorrento. But it's fine. Already miss the time in sorrento!

They upgraded our room at our arrival, really nice staff. The room was really big, with gorgeous view of the mountains and lots of natural light. The bed was really comfortable. Really good breakfast, just lacks fresh orange juice and it would be perfect.

Our room (and the hotel in general) are outdated. It’s not the impression you get from the outside. Lobby, (rooftop) bar, terrace and swimming pool are really nice. And a very friendly staff! And for the connaisseurs you can eat in a small 1 star Michelin restaurant (Don Geppi).

The piano music that is played at breakfast would seriously make me consider not visiting again - melancholic and very loud - who thinks this is a good idea?! Also the staff could be friendlier (except Life Guard at pool who was genuinely friendly), they don’t smile much and seemed fed up, maybe as end of season.

Noise from the bar from the roof and we were on the first floor. Could hear room next door playing music, thin walls. Kitchen noises as they were right below us, meant we didnt have the balcony doors open around meal times. Too much disposable plastics including plastic cups that were wrapped individually in plastic. I would expect a hotel of this calibre to provide glassware and green initiatives. We couldn't adjust the aircon and it was on 24/7 on a cold setting. We heard from other guests that theirs didn't work, so probably luck of the draw.

Breakfasts were wonderful, set you up for the day. Helpful staff. The room was ok, beautiful view of the garden. Gardens were lovely to walk around and spend a quiet minute. The hotel was decorated to a high standard in the main areas. Large downstairs bar. Located a short walk away from bustops, and the local Railway station of S. Agnello.

Our Economy room was too essential considering the level of the hotel. Noisy-defective flushing toilet. Very small shower cabin. Few plugs available to recharge phones, camera and only one close to the bed. Could be improved.

Nice old-style building, including a 1 star Michelin restaurant and an official dry-Martini lounge bar. Superb breakfast in a wonderful, large, luminous hall.

Hard to get a bed around the pool. Drinks incredibly expensive €6 for a Coca Cola and not allowed own soft drinks around pool. Staff were helpful however our aircon broke for a whole day and night and we are still yet to hear from a manager despite asking reception 3/4 times.

Lovely pool. Location was good and the food at pool bar for lunch was lovely.
