I was confused by the key process and was not able to gain entry. The hostess was very kind to immediately come personally to handle the issue. It would be a 10 score if the key process can be made clearer for people like me, i.e., for the instructions to specify that there are two key boxes on each side of the wall and exactly which box to use.

An absolutely amazing place! The apartment is big, very comfortable, very clean and you will find anything you might need there! In addition there is such a lovely roof terrace just for yourself! The location ist amazing - in the center and you can arrive anywhere by foot in some minutes. Wi-Fi was also very good and suitable for remote working. Ornella is a very warm hearted person and just an outstanding host, she was very caring and even helped me getting to the port on my departure day. Thank you very much from all my heart, Ornella!

Because it is in the center of Brindisi it can be a bit noisy on Friday night. You should go out and enjoy a drink as well. The wifi is the strongest in the hallway.

I had a lovely stay. It's a cosy and comfortable place with a lovely terrace. You will find everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom and even more than you need. The host is really friendly and takes good care of the place and her guests. She is eager to help if you have questions. The appartment is close to the center and restaurants. It is close to the train station if you want to visit other lovely towns in Puglia (I went to Lecce, Monopoli and Ostuni by train). I booked the place because of the good reviews and it was a good choice. Thank you for everything.

Only the wi-fi password but we helped Ornella to change it.

Ornella our host was superb, even offering to drive us to the station on our last day as rain was forecast. Location is great but being central can be a bit noisy for light sleepers, not us. The main bed is very comfortable. Everything you need is there, eg towels, bathroom toiletries, washing up gear, cooking bits and pieces, coffee, olive oil, salt .. even an eclectic set of books. It's not the most modern of buildings and a season in the Alps, or living in Sheffield, is helpful for the stairs. Could use the odd more comfortable chair for old backsides, as well as a few more bits of cutlery - but you know what you are getting and the photos are accurate. We had a great few days in Brindisi, getting around by train - highly recommend trips to Lecce and Monopoli.

I stayed at the house for a week. Ornella was Avery gracious host, helped with luggage up the stairs, left food and drinks in the fridge and brought fresh cherries. I liked the terrace and enjoyed watering the plants. Position is central so expect some noise but It felt like home

It was a real pleasure to live at the apartement, which was very lovely and clean. The Location is perfect in the center of Brindisi, not far from the trainstation. We had our own access to a lovely terrace. Ornella made us breakfast which was incredibile good, and she was super lovely to us. She gave us very good restaurant recommendations. Ornella is a wonderful and warmhearted woman and a perfect host. We can definitely recomment the Bed&Breakfast of Ornella. We really enjoyed it and thank you so much, Ornella!!!! Anja and Giorgio

It is a perfectly positioned location, close to the historic center but also to the train station to visit the surroundings. The host is wonderful, she gave us a lot of information, and the breakfast was very tasty, homemade, with traditional products, freshly squeezed orange juice. The house was an oasis of coolness, where I found everything I needed, thank you Ornella.

Stay at Malvasia! It's a cozy spot with a great position from which to explore both Brindisi and the rest of Puglia. Plus, there are few people I'll ever remember with such fondness as Ornella from Malvasia. Her personalized tips, her stories, the kindness with which she handles everything makes you want to spend all day downstairs with her at breakfast...but then you won't, because in your time with her, she will have gotten you excited about several locations to visit. Oh, and then there's the food....

Malvasia is a very authentic place to stay, first being a historical building secondly nicely and artistically decorated by Ornella. The feeling of staying at Malvasia is pure relaxation and feels like home, but also being practical in the same time with a small kitchen with has all necessary things available. Also the place has a huge terasse on top of it. The breakfast was really good and authentic and each morning Ornella surprised us with different variety of local products. But most important at Malvasia is Ornella, who is the perfect guest very welcoming, very supportive and helpful. Malvasia is a place I truly I recommend and where I definitely want to come back.
