Beautiful apartment would definitely come back if we ever come to Rome again. Comfortable beds great location close to coliseum. Walking distance to many attractions.

The apartment was well furnished, spacious and comfortable and extremely clean. Lots of little touches to make our stay more comfortable including cleaning products and shower gel etc. The sparkling wine and snacks were a lovely thought. Bruno made us welcome and provided local knowledge and recommendations for food, tourist sights and transport. Although I was worried we would be too far away from the city centre it was really easy to walk everywhere and nice to be somewhere a little quieter.

Hard to come up with anything we didn’t like. Loved our stay! Maybe would have been nice to have more restaurants close by, but we were able to walk And get to several options.

Loved this apartment so much! Very spacious with 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with washer and drying rack, full size kitchen and dining area. Felt safe as we had to go through 3 locked doors to get to our room. Elevator a plus. Beds very comfortable! We had anything we could need for us in the apartment and Bruno was very responsive and always available and willing to help if we needed anything. Loved shower water pressure and lots of hot water. Apartment was warm and heat worked well. Plenty of dresser storage space. Luggage storage available. Close to a bus stop and about 10-15 walk to metro stop.

The apartment is confortable and located in a good area. We got really good advice from Bruno from how to move around Rome to where to eat. Good restaurant within walking distance, we walked back from there late at night, only normal people walking their dogs around.

We liked everything.

The unit was large, clean and comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive (within a few minutes). Two small elevators were convenient and helpful because one of our travelers used a walker. Close to public transportation, restaurants and coffee shops. No complaints at all.

The apartment was spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were extremely grateful that we could check in a couple of hours early when we arrived from a long flight. Communication with the owner was very good.

Owner of the property is very responsive and professional. He sent us in advance all needed information about the area - nearest supermarkets, ice creams shops, pastries, bus stops, and more. All facilities in a property are excellent and everything works well. The property is very large and comfortable for family. The location is perfect - very close to Coliseum and to Termini. There are many bus stations in a range of few minutes walking.

Great apartment, great reviews that were 100% accurate. Google seemed to be directing us to a building across the street which didnt match up with reviews I had read. So relieved that Google was wrong 😀. Close to popular tourist sites and just far enough away from crowds.

The apartment is big and has high ceilings, two bathrooms make the logistic much easier. Bruno was really supportive and kind, with suggestions and helping with specific needs for kids. Fassi Ice Creams are a must and they are reachable walking (20 min) or by bus from the front door if raining as it was on our case

In a walking distance from Colosseum. The apartment is also well connected with bus 81, that leads to the major visiting locations (bus tickets are available in small shop next to the building gate). The hosts are friendly and very helpful. Great value for money.

The apartment is large. There are two bathrooms. 20min walk to colosseum. It has a balcony. I has 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen and a living room. Supermarkt around the corner. Very friendly host.

the bathroom with the shower was in one of the rooms. the other bathroom for everyone to use has a tub with no curtain. it wasn’t a probably for us but just saying that it is easy to get water on the floor and all.

it was a lovely little apartment with everything. 2 queen beds and 2 twins, so can probably have up to 6 people really. Bruno was so so nice and friendly and always will to help if we had any questions.

The place is clean, big and comfortable. Has everything you need for a long weekend with the family. The host was great and very helpful. The location is close to the Collosseum - around 15 min walk.
