There was some noise by some other residents within the apartment buildings but not a major issue if you are only staying a few nights!!

Me and my friend booked this accommodation whilst we were visiting Cinque Terre. Its very near the train station and only a short walk into the main city centre. I cannot thank Cristina enough for all her help during our stay. One of our travelling party had to seek medical attention in La Spezia and Cristina really helped us in this regard. The whole checking in system & accompanying instructions were very easy. It was very handy to have our breakfast in the cafe literally around the corner. The apartments were very clean and tidy!

Nothing really

Bathroom is spacious, clean, and well equipped. Bed is comfortable. Room has lots of space and the air conditioning was just what we needed after walking around in the heat all day. The owner (Christina) left the fridge stocked with water and juice whenever she came around to fix the room up. The location is close to the main train station (La Spezia Centrale), and it is a very short walk to get to the city centre. Breakfast was tasty; you are provided with vouchers to get a coffee and pastry at a cafe 1 minute away. The pastries are all freshly baked

The apartment is well located, so close to the train station as well as to the port. The room is well equipped we had a very nice stay there, and Cristina is the best host ever. We stayed in touch through the whole stay, she was helping to us, suggesting local restaurants to try and recommended trips. It was hard to say goodbye, but we are sure that once we will return back to La Spezia, we won’t choose any other place, only Mare dentro rooms. Good choice if you want to stay in this city and discover Cinque Terre.

Where to begin! This place exceeded my expectations. The owner is so nice and accommodating and she went above and beyond. She gave us directions, travel tips and restaurant recommendations without us even asking her. She even made reservations at a restaurant for us. The place is clean and has wifi. The location is good (under 10 min walk to the station). We were given vouchers for breakfast at the tabaggi closeby and the pistachio croissants were amazing! Highly recommend staying here! If we ever come back to la Spezia we would def stay here!

The room is better than on photo. Very clean. Easy check in. It is contactless by instruction. Good location near railway station and the city centre. There is some snacks and water for free. Cristiana helped me a lot when I had some problems. Thank you so much for everything.

- This is not the owner’s fault but the unit is noisy slightly. Or we just got unlucky with neighbors that were louder. First night next to us and second night above us. This probably can’t be influenced in a residential building, just happens.

+ Very new and modern room, basic but new, nice bathroom & toiletries + Very good communication with the owner, tips for restaurants in the area & for sightseeing. + Breakfast coupon for coffee & croissant were a nice touch

The room was super clean and comfortable, and it was in a PERFECT location. Everything was modern and very clean, the shower was great, they provided shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and everything you may need. Plus the water and snacks on arrival were very much appreciated. The host was really helpful and checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. She also gave me recommendations on places to eat. It was super easy to find and self check in and very convenient to access the train station. I highly recommend staying here if you want to go to Cinque Terre, because it’s very easy to get to all of the towns. As a solo female traveler, I really felt comfortable staying here. Plus it was nice to have the coupon for an Italian breakfast at the friendly cafe down the street. Overall it was a wonderful experience, I wish all of my stays could be as amazing as this one! 11/10!

Nothing. I had a lovely stay

The property is very close to La Spezia train station so an easy walk each morning to visit the villages of Cinque Terre. The room had air-conditioning, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. I had the breakfast option so each morning I had a voucher for an Italina breakfast at a nearby cafe of coffee and focaccia/croissant I didn't actually meet my host, everything was done on whatsapp but it went very smoothly. She offered to change my sheets and towels daily but as we know this is a waste of water I suggested to change once in my 4 night stay would be adequate

The breakfast. It is served in a coffee shop near and its only a coffee/cappucino and a pastery.

The host, Cristiana, is the nicest and helpfull person. Always giving a lots of tips and be available for anything. It was very good to see also that is a concern about the environment.

We could hear a lot through the walls of the room, it was a bit noisy at times (also because of a building site next door, which can happen of course). Parking was a bit stressful.

Modern and clean rooms, just a short walk from the train station and the center of La Spezia. Breakfast is very authentic in a bar nearby. Cristiana is a really friendly and helpful host who gave us good tips for the area.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. I enjoyed sitting with the locals for breakfast everyday. Cristiana was a great host. She helped me with everything I needed.

The airbnb is perfect for cinque terre visits. It's 2min to the train station, 15 min to the center. There are cheap parking spots on the street directly in the front.

the breakfast coupon was valued only at 2.10 Euro which was out of my expetation. I understand we need to pay the difference if I order more expensive bread, however, this information could be provided by the host or the bakery in advance. However, the overall breakfast was great. the location was nice and the service was good in the bakery.

1. Friendly host: Cristiana is the best host during my stays in Italy. She provided all kinds of information in advance and contacted me via What's app and booking.com very early. She is very patient and replied to all my questions immediately. 2. the check-in was very nice and she helped me to find a perfect parking space just next to the apartment which I can kept watch for my car safely. 3. The room is very clean, with a small fridge we can store our food and the water, cookies were well prepared. Also, the shampoo and wash gels were all provided. 4. the location is perfect, short distance to train station, several supermarkets, downtown and the bakery (place for breakfast) is just in the corner. In addition, it is on the ground floor and easy to find a parking space.

Small things, “Italian breakfast” for a Scandinavian person is not really a good match (I think I expected more). The toilet chair was lose. It’s a very strong smell from cleaning spray or something, not good for a person with migraine.

Cristiana (the owner) is the so sweet and kind. I was traveling alone and she helped me a lot and was so easy to “work” with. Walking distance to everything and Cristiana helped out with busses to different beach locations. The room seems very recently renovated, fresh & clean.
