I can hear the room near to us like they were inside our room and the couple that was there was very noisy laughing and screaming till 3.00 am.

We had 36 hours in Venice and this was a great location for us. The view of the square was a special sight late in the night and early in the morning with lots of food choices nearby. The room was clean and the host Etienne was very responsive.

Small cozy room and excellent location. Loved the young vibes around the property. I didn’t find the bars below noisy at all. The windows cut all the noise.

The bed could have been comfier and the bathroom could have better lighting. No other complaints.

The location was great, easy to reach from train station. The host was accommodating, friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and well kept. Restaurants and convenience stores are very close by which is very convenient. The place was very soundproof even with the noisy restaurants close by. Aircon was great benefit. Very safe.

Excelente location, near the bus station. The room really nice, with a lovely view of the Campo Margherita. The room and bathroom super clean, and all facilities are brand new and in perfect shape. Etienne the host, very nice. Sent us useful info about transport from airport and directions to get easily to the apartment. Help us with luggage and tips about good places to eat. Last day, let us keep our luggage in the property after checking out until afternoon that we left to the airport. Everything so good.

TV can be upgraded into smart TV

We love that its near the station, supermarket, reataurants, drinks & cafes! Its keyless lock operated by push buttons. Host was lovely and polite.

None. But be aware that windows are facing square packed with bars, however ear plugs are kindly provided as well as widow shutters.

Ideally located Campo Santa Margherita easy walk form train station. A lot of bars with not so touristic prices around, including one in the same building. Windows are looking Campo itself, providing nice authentic filling. Room is fresh and all equipment is in mint condition. Host was always in contact and available.

there wasn't many dislikes. a few things noticed, bed was springy and not the most comfortable but was good enough. bathroom bidet faucet leaked and wasn't usable. soap dispenser wasn't working bar soap wasn't provided.

the location was great. the size was perfect for 2. The host was very kind and helpful. nearly everything you could need is provided. entrance to the room and property was very innovated and made access easy. no need for keys or cards.
