Fabulous small hotel. Rooms were immaculate. Pool was wonderful. Breakfast selection excellent and staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Great location to town and port and a nice 15 min walk to a sandy beach with free shuttle back. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The use of spa facility is a little pricey considering the time allowed, only 90min. Also there was some building going to the side of apartment/pool which affected the view. I had a room with sea view.

The little beach is virtually inaccessible and not set up to sit on in anyway. The main beach is a very long walk away although wonderful when you get there. The pool is not heated. The bedroom storage is inadequate. Only 5 hangers and no drawers or shelves at all. We left most of our clothes in our cases. They charge for the sauna. Unheard of in any hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was very basic. No hot food offered.

The pool was closed, even with nice sunny days and temperatures above 20°C. At least some beds and chairs and beds by the pool would be nice. Breakfast was poor… mainly sweets (as typical in Italy) and cakes…

The location is perfect and amazing views to the sea. The bedrooms are big and nice. The staff is very friendly.

There's no beach. There's a little path (if you can call it that) that leads you to a rocky 'beach'. It smelled like urine and feces. It's very difficult to get in and out of the sea. Italy has a major problem with garbage. It really hurts to see how much garbage there is on the streets and in the sea. This sea was no exception. I like to snorkel, but sometimes it just feels you are snorkling in a garbage dump. The amount of plastic in the sea is shocking and mocks the fact that in the office and schools we are debating about the use of plastic straws and wooden stir sticks. Seriously. I find it shocking this is Europe. And it really is the same everywhere in Italy (I went to Sicily, Sardinia and South on the main land).

The girls at the check in were really nice. The hotel is good, the restaurant is good on the top floor overlooking the sea. We had a nice room with balcony and sea view.

We didn't like that the hotel offered absolutely no housekeeping. 20€ charge for linen change and housekeeping is crazy considering we stayed a full week. I could understand charging for a few night stay, but I think it should have been offered at least twice considering how long we were there. We had to get our own toilet paper, take out our own trash, and get fresh towels as needed. I've stayed in many hotels and I've never had a place charge for housekeeping while staying an entire week. For this reason, it was more like an AirBnb stay which I didn't like. We chose a 4 star hotel for 4 star amenities, and this was a huge disappointment for me. Staff was accommodating with requests for fresh items, but I don't think a 4 star hotel should force you to take out your own trash. You also had to pay 50c for individual coffee pods. Again, just not 4 star hotel behavior. We enjoyed our stay, but little stuff like this really missed the mark.

Wonderful view and stay. Loved the breakfast- although not included, it had great variety and good coffees made to order. Pool was beautiful and had a great view- nice to have the bar on site although 10€ for a Spritz is high. Rooms were comfortable and clean, AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great massage down in the Spa.

Not much really - had a very enjoyable week . Would maybe have preferred first floor rooms but the ground floor had wonderful view of the sea from the room we were in. maybe vary the breakfast a bit but our stay was very pleasant

The hotel was very clean , the pool area is very clean with a great view and accessibility to sunbeds was excellent and people used beds as they needed thenm so there was always a supply. The staff were all very helpful. Having parking on site was a huge bonus.

I think an extra 20 euros a day to clean and change towels is a bit steep, the coffee machine was hard to find capsules for, we had someone else's air con unit on our balcony which was always on...off putting when sat on balcony and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable

We loved the pool, the friendly staff, the breakfast and the location. The view of the sea from the pool balcony and apartment was lovely. Well equipped kitchen

We stayed in the studio, which is not exactly as staying in the hotel. In our eight-day stay, the room was cleaned only one day, we had to ask and pick up toilet paper at the reception. Moreover, there’s no elevator to the third floor and we had to carry the luggage upstairs. Lastly, based on the photos, we thought this would be a two-room apartment, which was not.

The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of the beautiful Castellammare del Golfo, with an breathtaking view to ocean. It was amazing to relax in the swimming pool with ocean view and very nice staff at the end of the day, after the beach
