The sounds on the streets were hearable inside the room even while the windows/shutters were closed.

Alberto and Gina were very friendly. They gave us triple room for no extra charge as we are traveling with kids. Room is very cosy and environmental friendly. Breakfast is homemade and every dish is lovely especially pancakes and fruit salad.

If you dont like stairs then Manarola and the hotel are not ideal choice for you. The walk is very quick from the train station to the piazza and then down the hill to the hotel but do not bring big checked luggage - the hill in town is 45 degrees and carrying your lugguage up and down the hill to get to/from the train is not without effort. Most of the towns in Cinque Terre do not allow cars - which is part of thier charm! I would only visit in non peak months as this is a small town and can be overrun with tourists.

The location was spectacular and the owners were so warm and helpful. They made great recommendations and assistance with dinner reservations. Our window opened to a stunning view of the water and it was extra spectacular at sunset and sunrise. Nice european breakfast with cooked to order eggs and requisite cappucino go start your day. Most people have to stay in AirbnB in Manarola but if you can snag a room here I highly recommend it!

Amazing staff, location, building environment and service. Whatever I am able to write will fall short of the beautiful experience this place is willing to provide to the guests. Donatella, Jessica and Alberto make your stay a pleasant and adorable one. Their friendliness and kindness match perfectly with the cozy atmosphere at that place, from the furniture to the delicious breakfast. We are dying to come back. Lydice & Gustavo ( room 1)

The hospitality was amazing,location was sensational and the breakfast is a must. Has to be the best cappuccino we have had in all of Italy with fresh cooked eggs or pancakes, there is fresh fruit salad, could go on and on.

Hotel is very clean, room 8 was clean, and really nice with a big balcony with really nice city view. Staff is amazing, nice and helpful. They made a reservation at a nice local restaurant for us. Delicious breakfast.

This is a wonderful little hotel. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Main Street in Manarola. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us valuable tips to make the most of our short stay in 5Terre. It's a small village so everything is literally a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would love to come back!

Nothing to complain. We did not have a sea view, but weren't expecting that either.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. Very clean and well equipped room, we had a top floor balcony over the main street. It was nice to sit there and watch tourists buzzing by. I would definitely recommend this as a basis to explore 5 Terre. Good breakfast, too.

No elevator. However most hotels, if not all, have no elevator since the villages are quite small, old, and on hills/rocks

The hotel had an amazing location in the village of Manarola, next to the harbour. From our room you could see the sea on the one side and on the other the village main path. Very spacious, clean, with good amenities. The staff were very friendly. It was located near the cinque terre train, just 5 minutes walk.

There is no elevator and the hotel has maybe 7 floors. Be prepared to hike up to your room each night. When we got there the staff carried our luggage up the stairs for us and that was really helpful.

This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect. It was a 7 minute walk from the train station and we didn't have to walk up many steep hills. It was right by the water which was great. The room was beautiful, modern, and clean. It was a great size and the bathroom was awesome. We were only here 2 nights and I wish we could've stayed longer. The price was also very reasonable for how nice it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am so glad we stayed in Monarola it was our favorite of the "5 towns."

Beautifully renovated property in the heart of Manarola. Staff really helpful. Very clean. Happy to store our luggage as continued our walking. Would highly recommend and hope to come back sometime.

Didn’t have an elevator, so could be difficult with big luggage— but staff was willing to help with luggage.

Modern, clean, bright & friendly atmosphere. Staff was very kind & helpful. Allowed us to also hold luggage after checkout & helped with carrying luggage. Also helped a friend find a stay at another hotel since this one was booked. Very comfortable, & balcony looked out over the street.
