Nothing, everything was great.

Location was spot on, right by the marina. Staff were so welcoming, kind and friendly. The room was beautiful, on the small side, but perfect for a short break. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The decoration was lovely and wifi worked really well. The balcony was a big bonus, what an amazing view! We did not want to leave and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Small room. But in all fairness, the host gave us the choice between this small room with a nice sea-view veranda and a bigger room without sea-view veranda. We chose the small room and it was not a problem for the two nights we stayed there.

Host was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Location was superb, with a sea-view veranda.

Pillows were very hard. The hallway was a bit noisy at times.

Staff was so lovely and the location was right in the mix of things. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed this place a lot!

the cleaning staff should be conscious about the guests in the morning during their cleaning. they are very loud, talking with each other and making lots of noise, even before 8am. should consider doing their task quietly at least before 10am.

Air conditioning circulated hot air. The staff tried to help but there was only so much they could do. Apparently it was difficult getting a technician to make a house call. A breeze through open windows at night helped except the windows were directly over the trash.

Nicely appointed rooms with a clean bathroom and dressing area. The view outside the windows are phenomenal and unobstructed! The second floor affords views over the tops of the heads of the crowds that meander right outside.

There are stairs but Alberto helped us with our bags (we are older).

Wonderful hospitality in a beautiful location. Property has been renovated beautifully with a clean and sustainable. Alberto and Jessica went out their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

nice and comfortable rooms, location was fantastic, the staff was very helpful and informative on check in and about enquiries about hikes/activities. The breakfast was good and the staff even organised a tailored take away breakfast for us when had to check out early that day

Alberto and Jessica were excellent hosts. The hotel was so modern and clean. Our breakfast every morning was fantastic!! Their recommendations for dinner each night were perfect. The location was perfect. Can’t say enough about our stay.

Would be nice to have card based keys instead of physical keys for the front and room doors. Minor issue.

Fantastic location next to water. Staff went out of their way to pack a great breakfast for our hike. Great free breakfast in the morning. Modern and comfortable rooms with great showers. Good internet speed.

The hotel staff are all very helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was nice and very clean.

Hotel was located in a very convenient location. Great service by Jessica & Alberto, a friendly couple who prepared a hot breakfast of eggs & pancakes. Gave good recommendations & helped with restaurant bookings too. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Manarola, which is the best of the 5 towns to stay in.

Clean hotel in the most picturesque location of Cinque Terre. Right by the marina and close to shops/restaurants in Manarola. The best part of this hotel is the owners, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. They even left us a handwritten note and treats in our room when they learned it was our anniversary trip. The breakfast they provided each morning was delicious and fresh, and they had great suggestions on what to do while we stayed in the area. We requested a room with a balcony if possible, and the view of the sunset from there was perfect. Also fun to hang out on the balcony and watch swimmers jump off the rocks during the day. This is a perfectly located place. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!
