My room was exceptionally clean, everything was in perfect order. It's not one apartment, but several rooms with private bathrooms and a shared fully equipped (and very clean) kitchen and hall. It is probably a former large apartment turned into rooms for accommodation. There is much noise indeed from the traffic on the street, but with the ear plugs provided by the property everything will be just fine. There is a subway station very close by, which will help you reach all the desired destinations in Rome. The area is very safe ad there are a lot of shops and restaurants around. You can arrive there easily from the airport by bus (the stop is only 7-10 minutes away). I would highly recommend it for those who want comfort while visiting Rome by paying the small 'price' of travelling by bus or subway to get around.

Host was not present when we arrived (even though we sent our arrival time beforehand), had to sneak in to the complex to avoid the rain while contacting them and waiting for them to arrive. Make sure to contact the facility to schedule your arrival as there is no reception available at site.

New guesthouse, right on top of a metro station. There are a few rooms with joined entry by code and key. Small rooms, but good for the price.

It is a little noise from the streets. But they have prepared ear plugs. In the first night I used them, but after you get to used with that background noise.

The staff was very helpful. The location is nerby to a metro station in a very good area. In the neighborhood is Aura Mall. There is a private parking right in front of the building. The room was cleaned every day.

Everything was great! The host is flexible, kind and friendly! The location is perfect, next to the subway but still quiet (the room looked out onto the inner courtyard). Shops and restaurants nearby. Clean, nice bathroom with toiletries and hair dryer. Daily cleaning! Full comfort. There is toast jam and coffee as a gift in the room.

The locality is very clean, safe and commute to this modern apartment is very easy. It is just a few meters from Metro stop Baldo Degli Ubaldi. And it’s just two stops from the Vatican city metro. The host Alex is a very polite, cheerful and helpful person. He waited for us for checkin checked us in just a few minutes. He also explained us how and where we can go. The apartment has a kitchen area with all necessary utensils, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and an electric kettle. It was a prefect place for us to be.

This is a nice hotel near the metro and bus stop. It was very clean. The room was cozy, clean, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The owner is very helpful and kind. He helped us with moving when I forgot the room key and other cases.

Room number 2 is facing the very busy street. Even tightly closed window is not helpful in preventing noise. For longer stay ask for the room with inner yard window.

Every loud at night and shower did not have hot water so it was impossible to go to shower. It is not good when there is 30 degrees celsius outside.

For people accustomed to highly popular places in Italy, like Rome, difficult to complain. Of course, the room could be larger. The view from the window was rather disappointing.

The price of a room in case of making the reservation ahead of time really competitive in relation to other options in Rome. Well connected with easy access to the metro. In the vicinity many eating options, even with good fish restaurants. Attentive host responding quickly to any request. The room in generally acceptable for one week's stay. Organization of check-in and access to the building were very good.

It might be a bit far away from the center, but the bus stop and metro is right next to house. The metro runs until 11:30 though. So you’d have to take a bus at night.

The only one thing that we dislike is the 24/7 noise from the boulevard, that is not a host fault, who provides earplugs that helps somekind.

The location is very close to the metro A, shopping mall, restaurants. The room and bath are clean and with good sizes, well furnished. The host Alex is kind and helpful.

Not easy to get hold of a decent loaf of bread for breakfast in the local supermarkets on that particular street. So in that sense we could have done better by choosing accomodation with breakfast instead, though that would have pushed up the price considerably considering Rome is not the cheapest of places. The trafic was sometimes quite intense on the street below, but no big deal when we were inside.

We had our own balcony where we could eat breakfast and also hang up laundry after we'd done our washing. The room was modern and clean, with a spacious bathroom, fridgde, TV, etc. But we also had access to a big, well equipped and very clean kitchen.. However, what we enjoyed the most was a family owned restaurant a bit up the street where we had, by far, the best Italian food in Rome and also to an affordable price. The staff, who only spoke Spanish, were very helpful. So even if it was at times a bit difficult to come across with words it usually worked out well enough.

A very clean, large, modern room with a balcony. Very clean and excellent location above a metro station. (Arrival at any central place in Rome in fifteen minutes!) In the vicinity there are many local restaurants at good prices. The host, with patience and kindness! There is an option to store luggage until the flight! I will go back there for sure!
