There was nothing not to like.

Absolutely the best location to walk to just about all the important sites in Rome. We are older and we walked to everything . Hotel staff were so very helpful with easy directions to all the sites. Many restaurants very close by. Verona Piazza steps away. Hotel room very spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast wonderful both hot and cold selections. Staff very friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay.

Fantastic hotel for a family holiday, located right in the thick of the Centro Storico. The rooftop bar overlooking the city was a highlight for us, as was the extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

It was expensive but we were last minute with our booking. WiFi was hopeless. Bit odd given the standard of the hotel.

Incredible roof top view for drinks at sunset. Lovely staff across the entire hotel. Room was very generous as were bathrooms. Location was excellent. Great car service from & to airport. 12 min walk to Travestere.

Wi-Fi was poor- amazing for such a smart, modern hotel.

Brilliant breakfast, comfortable room, very helpful staff, great central location in old convent/palace building, very quiet despite being just round the corner from Piazza Navona. Good bathroom and stunning shower. Soundproofing good- no sound from neighbours or above. Stylish design.

so minor , but Wi-Fi wasn’t great and we had to do some work so the connection made it somewhat diffficult. staff did troubleshoot with us which was kind of them.

lovely room with great balcony (i believe there is only 1 room with a balcony). staff were very helpful and accommodating. hotel is in a wonderful location. rooftop is such a bonus with great drinks and amazing views.

a beautifully and stylishly renovated palazzo in a fantastic location within walking distance to most major attractions. staff were excellent and professional. the roof top bar and cocktails Giorgio serves every night were a real highlight. breakfast was excellent. fabulous toiletries in the bathroom. cannot fault this property

Our first night rooms were not that great small and facing the street so a bit noisy. We were changed to a really good room/suite at the back for the rest of the stay. The new room was really good.

terrific location Piazza Navona. SUITE IS A MUST FOR SIZE, storage of clothes in 2 great closets, large walk-in shower. ALL NICE AMENITIES and very clean! CONCIERGES HELPED SO MUCH W reservations, cabs, etc. The rooftop patio was outstanding even though it was not easy for me since I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES! GREAT view, place for drinks, nice snacks or light food choices! ATTITUDE OF ALL STAFF was outstanding; they tried to please and accommodate us at every turn! LOVED the breakfast w plentiful choices including delicious cakes, croissants, fruit, cheese, juices, eggs, etc and the best eggplant and pepper dish! VERY IMPRESSED and highly recommend

The controls for opening the curtains was a bit tricky. I could never open it, but my husband was luckier. He would try every so often and usually one out of every 10 attempts it would work.

The location of this hotel couldn’t have been better. It was an easy 5-15 min walk to all the key sites and many major ones were literally around the corner. You were literally within the heart of it all minus the swarms of crowds. The entire hotel is pristine. Our room was as beautiful and bright as the pictures, with super high ceilings and an enormous shower that was absolute heaven. Excellent breakfast! Great assortment and excellent coffee always awaited us. Everyone was so warm and helpful. They were very prepared in helping us cope with Covid requirements and rules. For example, we needed PPE masks to tour the Vatican, when we ask where to buy one, they just gave us a pair! We especially loved visiting the rooftop bar where Giorgio would greet us during every visit and would make us a very welcoming drink and thoughtful snack.
