It was perfect for a family and friends gathering. We had the property to ourselves. The pool was a bonus as perfect weather for swimming throughout the day. Breakfast was delivered every morning. It was my 60th, and the party night was a fond memory I will treasure forever. The chef and musician recommended by our hosts were 11/10 . Erminio and Ernestina are now my favourite hosts in booking.com. Highly recommend this farm nestled 10 minutes outside Ostnuni. Perfect location to visit many other beautiful towns and beaches for day trips. THANKYOU for a wonderfully pleasant experience.

No shampoo, shower gel, no paper towels in kitchen. For 250€ night, I think it really shouldn’t be a problem to put…. Breakfast is not worth the money, it is really nice, but too expensive!

Location is great, no worries about parking:) Close to Ostuni. Swimming pool for the kids, great! Typical masseria acommodation, looking really nice! Beds comfortable

The mattress and pillows could have been more comfortable. Would have liked fresh towels over the five days.

The farmhouse was quaint. The grounds, including gardens and pools were lovely. Francesca took great care of us! Location was perfect for Ostuni, but not in the midst of the crowds. Great for day trips around Puglia. And the kittens…loved them!

This is a little piece of paradise in the middle of an olive grove. It's beautiful, quiet and has a sense of elegance to it. After a hot day touring the region, a dip in the pool is the best reward. Francesca and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Great location for someone traveling by car, a few minutes drive from Ostuni and strategically placed to visit the surrounding area. The masseria and its room are well appointed, the swimming pool is more than adequate and the breakfast buffet is well stocked with fresh pastry, local focaccia and fruit (but it should be noted that it is fundamentally an Italian style breakfast, so don't expect fried eggs, sasuages etc.) - the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a quite base from where to explore the region.

Nothing not to like

Andrea & Francesca are such wonderful hosts - so warm, kind and helpful - they really made our stay as a family so special. Full of great suggestions of places to visit, activities and places to eat. It was a magical 5 day trip. The breakfast each morning is delicious, great coffee and lots of delicious things for us and the kids. My wife has Coeliac and they provided gluten-free options for her which was really appreciated. Everything is beautifully presented inside the apartment and in the garden and swimming pool area. Spacious apartment that was well equipped with good AC. Very relaxing environment and setting - brilliant for families, couples or friends. Location is strategically brilliant for Puglia. Right next to Ostuni and close to other beautiful towns and villages such as Alberobello, Lecce, Polignano and many others. Loads of great beaches on your doorstep too. Overall a magical place to stay in one of the best parts of Italy.

This is a beautiful traditional Italian Masseria/Farm Converted into a bed and breakfast. Our host Andrea was extremely welcoming upon arrival and providing a great overall service. He and his sister made every guest feel like home. The rooms are spacious for families of 4 with kitchenette and lovely terrace. The kids loves the pool after coming home from the nearby beach and tours eg Ostuni, Arbellobelo,fasano. Lovely breakfast.

the toilet flush didn’t work very well which in all fairness was not highlighted to owners by previous guests. There was also a lack of essentials in the kitchen such as a cutting knife, a chopping board, a strainer and a bottle opener. on the positive side though things were resolved quickly and without fuss by the staff. the only other thing is the master bedroom bed was pretty uncomfortable and the flat too hot, as there was only one single air conditioner but in the kitchen area.

the location was wonderful, dotted amongst the olive trees with beautiful lighting, quiet and clean. there was also a group of very friendly cats and kittens to keep guests busy…

Nothing, this place is great.

The Masseria is the best place to stay when you want to feel Puglian lifestyle. The house is awesome, the surrounding olive and fruit trees are beautiful. The pool is calm and relaxing. You can reach astonishing beaches and beautiful cities by car within minutes. Most important, the staff Francesca and Andrea create an atmosphere as if you come to friends. They serve the best breakfast we had in Puglia, were extremely friendly and helpful in every situation. They cared so much for us, especially our 4-year-old son. Thank you so much. You made our trip an unforgettable experience.
