Breakfast was exceptional - probably the best I've had anywhere. A 'make your own smoothie' station was a highlight as well as the 'eggs your way' chef. The cold cuts and cheeses were all locally sourced and of the highest quality and the different salads were super fresh and clean. The granola bar featured many varieties, plus extra nuts, seeds, jams, and spreads to maximise your breakfast experience! Dinner was also delicious although perhaps a little limited in terms of choice (if you are staying more than a few nights). Again high quality ingredients and a nice mix of traditional an modern styles and flavours. Manfreddi was always on hand to have a chat and recommend a nice wine from their extensive cellar.

We had an amazing stay, had great expectations as we had heard great things about the estate but they were exceeded. Breakfast was fantastic. The place is beautiful and very relaxing, we enjoyed the pool area the most. Overall all the staff was pleasant and professional. A special thanks to Luis who made us feel at home.

Menu was repetitive for dinners and lunches. Our air con also broke a couple of times which was a minor inconvenience and fixed swiftly by the very helpful and attentive team.

Beautiful farm, pool, vista. Food was excellent and breakfast notably delicious! Massage was fantastic as well. Bruno the Weimaraner is also gorgeous!

From the grounds to the staff to the room to the food, everything was spectacular. It even included a complimentary pasta making course! An absolute gem. It was a magical one-night stay…we only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely go back next time we are in Sicily.

The room decoration was a bit disappointing - when we saw the place and all the different area (which are beautiful), we expected a bit more from the rooms.

We absolutely loved the place and the scenery. Everything was carefully and tastefully made. Service was incredible, we truly felt at home. The swimming pool was absolutely stunning. When it comes to food, breakfast was top notch, only made of home grown/local ingredients. Dinner was fantastic as well with delicate dishes.

Honestly very little not to like. The lack of any service at the pool was a little annoying but will be solved with the new pool bar they are adding this summer.

Stunning pastoral setting overlooking green velvet hillsides and wild flower meadows. Beautifully appointed restaurant and bar. the owner has fabulous taste. Probably the best breakfast set up I’ve ever experienced- make your own juice bar, incredible cheeses and just the sweetest staff. Giammarias cocktails take some beating. He and the manager Toni really made our stay special.

Us taking the wrong route, despite being warned

From the moment Toni and his colleague pulled us out of the mud (took a wrong turn) until our departure, we were embraced by Susafa. Incredible ambiance. Peacefulness. Quality. Lovely people. Delicious food. Functional luxury. Breathtaking nature. An oasis of tranquility surrounded by a stunning landscape.
