How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Small size of room

There should be better and healthy breakfast options with warm dishes prepared at request but it was the same boring everyday. It is too far out from the city center so you spend a lot on taxi and in public transport of rome you can't rely.
Staff, facilities and cleanlinesss. Prompt responses for requests even late in the night.

It was further away from the centre of Roma than first thought.
Wonderful view over the city of Roma. Once we worked out the local bus system rather than taxis, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful & great with conversation especially the bar/coffee staff.

Location is not great but only 15 minutes drive to Centro Storico and 10 minutes from Stadio Olimpico
A good clean and comfortable hotel outside city center with adequate parking facilities and a standard breakfast service. Good for an overnight stay when visiting Olimpico

I was happy with everything including te e nice reception staff all of them
Breakfast was ver good, a nice selection of all sorts, for all nationalities I would like to say particular thanks to Jefferson e was the barman with wonderful personality, both professional and personable ( I think that’s his name) anyway he was there on the evening of the 09 May. Also big thanks to Simon, excellent service and delicious Penne Arrabiata cooked perfectly.

Single beds are tiny 80cm wide. Room layout looks like youth hostel.

It was great, very close to the metro station. Good private parking space. Rooms are clean, breakfist is great. I would come here again.

The only downfall (if any) is just the location, as its not next to a metro point, and you need a bus to get to the closest one.
The very best breakfast i have had in Italy, over the past 7 years of travelling around Italy. The hotel is a very well kept building and has a modern feel to it. The staff are all very helpful and especially the bar tender, who also oversees the dining area - Thank you. The location is not in the center of Rome and its a short bus ride to the nearest Metro station - but the busses & Metro are frequent and easy to use.

The staff was very polite, understanding and helpful. I needed help few times during the stay and had to interact with reception staff. They provided all the help they could have, going above and beyond their usual responsibilities. Wusene and everyone (I wish I had asked the names of others) were absolutely sincere and saviour as I needed help with local communication. We had the breakfast in the restaurant and the staff there was also super curtious.

The hotel host regularly schools and big groups, it could make the ambient a little bit noisy and chaotic. Breakfast is abundant but I would have expected a better quality since we´re in Italy.
The facility is very almost newly renovated. The room was clean and the bathroom modern. Overall the structure is good. Unfortunately it´s a big hotel and host also classroom and big groups that create some difficulties as the breakfast room quite busy and noisy. if some class kids are hosted in the room near you, well, you could expect some noise late and early in the morning too. But Rome is beautiful and the location of the Hotel is perfect, 40 min far from the historical center by bus, only 15 min by taxi. The position, the renovated facility and the staff very pleasant and helpful make this Hotel a good choice.
