The staff were helpful in this beautiful hotel in the center of Sirmione. The affordable price, excellent location and clean rooms make it a good accommodation option.

Breakfast choice very limited. Hardly any scrambled eggs left all the time. Water for tea was tepid and not boiling hot. Very crowded area as hotel was very busy

We didnt enjoy the breakfast, it was like forced for them. Not a lot of choice, not even good choice, the scrumbled eggs were cold. And in the breakfast room there were to many tables, so you could almost grab the other side of the neighbour table with your hand.

Everything was near by, and the hotel was in the center of Sirmione

The room and bathroom were a little small.

The location was excellent. Out of the hustle and bustle. Quiet and relaxing. Great for couples. The view was good. Breakfast was good.

Poor breakfast , ie not enough warm food - as noted in previous reviews. We came too late - around 930- so missed the eggs and bacon. Instant coffee from the machine was horrible but you can choose espresso or machiato and it will make a better coffee from the beans . There was a strange overbearing smell in the room, probably from cleaning liquids used. It was cold at night in October so bring warm pyjama.

We got the last minute deal the day before and if was a good price - a basic hotel but very well located near Aquaria thermal spa, old town, restaurants, shops, beach (path was however closed to Jamaica beach for the season ) The receptionist was the most welcoming I have ever met - he should be an actor :) We used grifo parking (pre-book with hotel) and it takes you to hotel in a golf cart - great experience for all (incl the dog) and does not take long (you can also walk to parking). Pets allowed which I always consider a bonus. Internet is with a password so camera for the dog worked too.

The walls are made from paper. You hear every breath from the neighbors! The hotel has no style… in Sirmione are much better looking hotels approximately with the same price.

Friendly stuff, good location. Enough breakfast. The parking and the transfer is cool /with electric vehicles./

Someone had clearly smoked in the room recently, which is allowed but not pleasant. We were located next to the reception with a thin door so it was very loud in the room and little privacy. We moved room to upstairs and it was much better.

Great quiet location and they (slightly) upgraded our room. Very good breakfast. We asked to move room which they did with no fuss.

The bed is kinda hard. But if you are here for short stay then it doesn’t matter. Hard for the main entrance, there is no ramp for luggage’s. You have to carry it but just only few steps. But inside the hotel there is elevator.

No Terrace available was offered a possible change, but it did not materialise.this made the room a little claustrophobic.. Breakfast toaster didn't actually toast the bread!! Even if down early for breakfast eggs not warm.

-Walls were thin and we could hear a lot from other rooms, but that’s what you get in older buildings. Not a dealbreaker! Wear earplugs to sleep and you’ll be fine. -Bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve had in Italy, but it was clean and fine enough. -Shower was small but functional

-Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular, but a nice free breakfast -Our room was safe and clean. We had a water view which was lovely!

our bathroom had issues with the water. first there was no hot water then no water at all. also there were two knobs under the towel rack that leaked massive puddles onto the floor whenever we tan the water. Unfortunately, the issue was unable to be resolved and when a new room was open, we were already leaving the next morning so it was more hassle than it was worth to pack up and move ourselves to another room

The property was very nice in the heart of sirmione. Very easy and short walk anywhere on the tip of the peninsula. East access to the ferry station, Scaligers Castle, and Jamaica beach. a the room is comfortable but a bit small with little space to open up your luggage. The reception staff was very friendly always willing to help accommodate requests. we wanted some hot water for tea and they got it for us. Breakfast was also very tasty and plentiful.

A bit softer mattress but that’s it!

Very nicely appointed hotel in an excellent location. The room was small but very nice with a lovely bathroom. The mattress was a bit firm but comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony. A very nice breakfast, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and eager to please. The shuttle to and from parking was very helpful as well!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a great location in the town. The rooms were very nice and clean too. Served a nice buffet breakfast as well with quite a bit of variety. Well worth the money.

The hair drier is weak and not very efficient, and the bathroom is a bit tight. Lady staff at the front desk is either in a bad mood or just not into greeting guests.

The location is quite central, although Sirmione isn't a very large area to walk from one end to the other. The air conditioner has worked well, and it has most of the essentials such as bar fridge and lift. Breakfast was simple but it is a bonus to us as we didn't expect it to be included. I strongly recommend restaurant Il Girasole that is around the corner. Friend staffs serving up awesome foods, the iberico pork fillet was to die for. Also great recommendation for the wine pairing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for our day trip.
