The bathroom was filthy. At times the room started to smell too. Check out time is super early.

The location is brilliant. 5 minutes away from the center and 5 minutes away from the beach. Great breakfast too.

As others have mentioned the showers need updating but the positives of this place outweigh the shower.

The location is excellent, walking distance into town, beautiful sandy beaches, lots of beach bars and great views. The breakfast was incredible with omelettes, quiches, fried eggs, breads, jams, fruit filled croissants and the numerous cake selection. The best breakfast so far whilst travelling around Italy and Sicily. They are also dog friendly which is definitely a positive.

The accommodation provided all the required amenities so no problems there. The shower train mastic needed replacing as there was some mildew. Overall good though.

Lovely location for walking to restaurants and to the beach. Lovely view over the sea and beach from an elevated location.

The owners need to update the bathroom. The rooms are very clean, but the shower has mould. I bought some bleach and got a lot of it off by leaving the bleach on for hours. Unfortunately the cleaners (who do an excellent job) can not leave the bleach on. It makes the bathroom feel dirty and it really isn't. The towel's are in need of changing. Again they are clean but old and look unsightly!!

This hotel has a beautiful outlook. The rooms are spacious. We had a fantastic view over the sea and pool. Breakfast is ample and good. Staff are excellent.

The hotel has a tired look and is desperately in need of a major renovation. Bathroom shower old and cramped. Terrace furniture ready for discarding. Breakfast needs more fresh fruit and coffee served from machine is the worst I have tried anywhere. Coffee served by waitress from the bar is much better.

Very good location with great views of the sea. Upgrade to larger room was appreciated. Breakfast was adequate. Overall the hotel was clean and terrace space for breakfast provided good views as well. Staff very friendly.

One of the two beds wasn’t made up. We had to ask for sheets and make it on our own. The tv didn’t work - although I just wanted to turn it on late at night.

Granted us access to the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast and baked goods both mornings. Walking distance to the town with tons of shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms - air conditioning worked well.

The dinner was not good at all. The receptionist really recommended us to have dinner in the hotel as it was included in the price, but the food was not fresh. It's a bit disappointing because you are in Italy and you expect good food.

The location is beautiful. The position is very strategic. The hotel is 2 minutes far from the beach and 10 minutes from the centre. The view is stunning and impressive. The room was nice and comfortable.

If you’re travelling with more than 2 adults you’ll need to request a two bedroom the rooms are very small.

The staff were absolutely beautiful! Everyone had a smile on their face and were genuinely happy to see guests every morning. The location is really good, not far to walk to the main strip and quiet at night. I would recommend requesting the upstairs rooms as they have the best view and are renovated.

The bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover. My daughter and her in-laws had more modern rooms so I think they are probably updating all rooms slowly.

Location and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional. Our room was dated and bathroom very small. We had two bedrooms which was great because we were able to put all our luggage in the other room. The view from the balcony was amazing. The best thing about the hotel was the amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were part of their family. There were hugs all around when we left. Would definitely stay again

Some parts of the hotel were old/not maintained/broken - pool chairs & pool showers, access to the pool restroom (dangerous sewer cover, see picture), railings leading to the rooms. The pool is also too small for the hotel occupancy, and did not have any spa elements - not worthy of a 3 star hotel. Did not like that the dessert for dinner in half board was not included in price, and nobody told us - we got an unexpected high bill at the end (~100€) - never experienced this before. Only a supermarket ice cream was available for dessert. Air conditioning in the main room of our room was not working well. Hairdryer in the room was not working.

Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. Amazing view at the sea from restaurant & our room - room had a terrace and also a balcony with view. Room cleaning was perfect everyday, the room was modernized. Direct access to the beach via stairs (5min), near historical city center. Good variety of food for breakfast, good restaurant ambient & music - staff was entertaining the whole family and child.

Beautiful view of the beach with shortcut access through the gate from the pool. Private pool with sun lounges. Great breakfast. Staff were very nice.
