I thought there would be a balcony in the room, but there wasn't. It had only one window. Also there were only 3 plugs in our room.

They clean our room every day. And some days they put water bottles in the fridge for free.

The room it is quite small, not a big issue but some extra space could be good. The shower box needs a bit of care as some of the panels tend to disassemble.

Great position in a beautiful area of Rome. The bed was incredibly comfy and the style of the room was very nice, full of details. The room and bathroom very clean. In the room there was a coffee machine which for coffee lovers is a good treat :)

Not open until 10 am, our flight landed early so we had to wait but once they opened they did hold our luggage until our room was ready so we were able to venture around.

Perfect location and walking distance to loads of restaurants and shops. Right in the middle of everything, easy to see Vatican City.

Booking.com misadvertised the suite room that we purchased and we had to sort out with the hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating so in the end we got to change our room. Arnel and Julius were really great in helping us resolve the issue of the wrong room booking.

The property is really close to the metro station, making it really easy to get to the attractions.

We felt the room, particularly the bathroom was not as luxurious as perhaps advertised. The bathroom shower and tiles felt slightly unclean and the shower took ages to warm up and wasn’t powerful at all. It was also unclear where the b&b was was and would benefit from having a bigger sign or or more information on how to locate it on the website. However it was a comfortable stay for a night or two and was a good location for accessing Rome city centre.

An actual double bed. Free bottles of water in fridge. Lovely view of the street from our window. Friendly and welcoming staff. Close to a metro, tram and bus stop. On street parking outside, however be sure to check the times of this as it is free overnight but needs to be paid for during the day.

Unfortunately we booked the Prestige Suite and the AC broke and we were unable to stay on that room so we were given the next best room. We did get a refund, but it still left a poor taste to not get the room we booked and really wanted.

Check in was difficult. No one was available to buzz us into the building even though we arrived at the time we indicated.

I would say the property was clean but there were obvious places that were continuously missed such as dirty grout in between the shower tiles and dirt buildup around the jets in the hot tub. We also complained about the shower head leaking on the first night which caused water to squirt into the toilet area, were it would flood the floor. This was never fixed for the 4 nights we were there but we just kept putting towels down as we were given plenty for the room. I also was looking forward to the nice views of the city streets from the room but there was slats that we couldn’t open across the outside of the windows with about 1cm gaps so basically, no view at all. This made the room feel a little claustrophobic and dark and we couldn’t get any fresh air in from outside.

Amazing location, just as pictured. Was a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and he loved it. Aircon was great as rome reached 38 degrees whilst we was there so it was always so nice to come back to a cool room. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the staff were friendly. Also loved the fact we had Netflix in the room and the TV was a perfect size, could watch it from in the hot in, pure relaxation!

At night to get to the room the big door is shut and it’s quite difficult to open but that could of just been us.

Really clean and tidy apartment. Great service by the staff who cleaned our room every day. Lovely and quiet. Walking distance to many historic landmarks. Location was amazing aswell as it was only a step away from the metro

The room we got was not the room advertised on booking.com. They only have one of the nice suites advertised. We instead got a small room that felt cramped and didn't have the nice bathtub listed that we were looking forward to. Also, we tried to check out at 9am, but we're unable to as their front desk wasn't open until 10am (which differs from the 7am-11am checkout listed in booking.com) so we had to just leave our things in the room and hope they were still there when we got back. Luckily they were, but it was not an enjoyable experience. We feel that it was false advertising on multiple levels and would not stay there again

There was no breakfast, the staff was friendly though. They had a working elevator? Honestly it's hard to find things I liked

Power went out and the room has a small shower. The description with picture isn’t what I was displayed. Small room with shower I show give less stars but hopefully they fix this. Only certain times, someone is at reception so I was without power for awhile. I was planning on going out but without power and internet. I couldn’t research or get Uber
