We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceFacilities are very old, and they need urgent refreshing. This hotel is advertised as 4 stars but it's not the case at all. Furniture is old, very old. The breakfast was a bad joke, very limited choices, product quality mediocre, bread was kind of old, beverages such as water and juice were warm, yoghurt was not refrigerated and you need to arrive before 9 am or else no breakfast. This hotel is not worth the 100€ per night we payed
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room size was correct. AC worked well.

SlovakiaNothing significant, only that the bathroom sink was a bit stinky, but nothing big.
Overall it was a very good hotel. The room was really nice, comfortable and modern, bathroom was big and it had all what you need, everything was working as it should, perfect A/C, very good breakfast. If you have a car, you can get to Pisa and Livorno very easily as it was located next to a significant road. Big free parking space in front of the hotel.

SwitzerlandBreakfast VERY poor for the price Location... near a truck parking and petrol raffinery --> 100 euro for a double is that normal ?! Hotel is very old and deteriorated I didn't expect luxury but for 100 euros a night you could expect something more. As mentioned above to be used EXCLUSIVELY to sleep one night before leaving Livorno by ferry, otherwise one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.

IrelandTerrible location and area in general.Don't book this if you are thinking of a holiday vibe.It is industrial with no bars/restaurants or scenery.We were luckily only staying one night before catching the flight home.The hotel was dead.No bar/restaurant as advertised.No outside seating.Very dated bedroom.
Free parking Good clean bathroom/well stocked with towels and toiletries. Continental breakfast had a lot of choice.

SerbiaBad location looking on petrol facilities. Not good air conditioning and you can’t open the window because of smell of the petrol. No large beds except in the suites, and hotel is giving you a choice of the beds. If you choose a big bed, you get instantly a mail that there is no big bed in a double room. Too expensive stay.

Excellent location, immediate access to the autostrada/motorways, Port of Livorno, etc. Large Conad and Ekom markets across the road. Rooms are huge, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Plenty of space in the carpark, even for larger vehicles. Very comfortable bed/pillows. Staff are helpful, great customer service. Good internet. Perfect for business or holiday. Look forward to returning soon, thank you!
