Pillows too hard and flat. Breakfast very poor - not any warm food just some cheese, ham and bread. There ir also some fuit and bread type sweet pie.

Loved this place! Great location (by map looked its a little bit far but in reality just few meters till main street - beach, shops, restaurants). Staff lovely at all areas!

They didn't have spaces for massages. I guess we should have booked before we arrived. The food was not offering a variety especially at dinner like the kids who like pizza they didn't have.

We like the area where the hotel is situated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms & the hotel was kept neat.

The parking outside MUST be free. Garage can be charged but at normal rates. The Manager dis a good job clarifying a misunderstanding there!

Breakfast was excellent. They could have some cooked food, eggs etc The coffee was excellent The breakfast room alike. The staff was super helpful

Maybe the shower should be a bit adjusted because after showering, water was everywhere

The hotel hosted a conference while we were there and there was a lot of late night noise on the balcony next to our room.

Reception Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful (and spoke very good English); excellent location - 5 minutes' walk to the waterfront; very good breakfasts.

doesn't even deserve 3 stars. it's outdated and it's the first time I've had an experience with a 4-star hotel, the first time in 10 years since I've been traveling very often. I really don't understand how it's possible to be 4 stars.

I was really thinking what I liked about the property.. the pictures in the presentation look good, the reality is different.. I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars, outdated furniture, dirt.. mold. is it the 3rd one in Portofino and I've had good hotels, this is total disappointment. very bad breakfast, do not recommend at all!

The rooms unfortunately were extremely loud and people would talk outside your door most of the night, there didn’t seem to be any sound cancelling aspects.

The staff were so lovely at this hotel and we loved how grand it was. The location was fantastic and the amenities were amazing. The biggest strength of was the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff.

Having to track down the breakfast servers for espresso and attempting to order americano and not the coffee in the pot. Shower could be cleaned better and the walls are paper thin between rooms. Knowing how to contact front desk should be on the phone or in the room. We had to pop downstairs 2 flights late at night to contact front desk.

Nice decor, very clean, comfy bed and modern bathroom with shower (slippers and Prija shower gel but no cream). During my stay it was super calm but the doors are not very sound isolating, you can hear people walk and talk. The only not so great thing for me was breakfast (but I’m gluten and lactose intolerant, so life is difficult)-fruits, marmalades, crackers, cornflakes, ham and mortadela, boiled eggs, tomatoes. Some pastries were or gluten or lactose free, but not both, no scrambled eggs, no gluten free bread. For normal people the breakfast is goo I suppose.

Our bathroom door was quite stiff and would not shut properly. The pool in the spa was a bit cold.

The breakfast was really lovely and the balcony outside our room had an amazing view. The hotel shower gel also smelled really lovely and the breakfast in the morning was really tasty and there was a variety of options to choose from. The sauna and steam room in the Spa were really lovely.

I slept bad because of noisy refrigerator and air condition. Bed was as well not very comfortable, bad matress.

Staff are very very good, people are doing their job at the best. I had always clean hand towels without asking. Position of this hotel is awesome.

The breakfast could do with a wider range of prepared fresh fruit and cereals and given the wonderful bakeries in the area, the selection of fresh bread was very limited and some did not feel fresh. A number of items on the buffet sometimes run out including the milk and it was a little annoying to be chasing around to get these replenished. Felt the breakfast buffet and service fell short of the 5 star standards of the hotel elsewhere. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room but guess this is the case with many European hotels?

Overall a very good experience and we really enjoyed our stay there. Some staff at breakfast were not so good at servicing the tables but much of this due to some language difficulties but always very friendly and helpful as best they could.
