Advertising is deceptive. Hotel is across the street from the beach rather than beachfront and amid several abandoned buildings. Parking was 10 euros a day which is not stated on the site and just annoying when you check out. It is also far (1-2 km from town)

Rooms were lovely, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the woman running it was sweet, very helpful and professional. The hotel itself is spotless and the personal friendly and nice

The Hotel is very clean, rooms spacious and very nice. The hotel staff also very polite and kind. It is not located in the centre and this means you will need to take a walk to the main attractions, but we liked it as it was also more quiet.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center.

Very nice (newly restored) hotel on the coast of Riccione, comfy room with a balcony. Very rich breakfasts, which is not usual in Italy. Excellent daily room service, nice view on the sea and San Marino mountain.

The room was nice and refurbished but the loby could be updated. But it is still nice.

Excellent room ! We got a free upgrade to Suite, amazing shower and top view. The staff is very nice. Good breakfast.

The hotel in general was good. One thing I would say it’s the location.. it is a bit out of the centre but if you have car there won’t be any problems.

-locality- bad ,dirty and expensive beach (I recommend beaches in Misano) -hotel is expensive and seems old, so I also reccomend hotels in Misano - breakfast is poor. everyday was the same food, pastries was hard and dry, there was only one type of ham and cheese everyday -parking was 10€ per day, but there was no space to park

We got 4th floor in Junior suite, the view was awful, definitely not "with sea view", we were very disappointed, we expected more based on the pictures on the website. The neighborhood is dirty and deserted. The hotel was not a good choice in terms of value for money.

We spent 4 night with my friends in a Junior suite. The staff is nice in the hotel. The room is clean, but quite small. The hotel is located near the sea, and there is possibility to rent bicycle, so you can go to Riccione or to Rimini.
