Missing a bath plug in bathroom which is a shame - looked forward to a nice long bath. Otherwise everything great.

Friendly receptionist, nice sized rooms with a small balcony, very comfy beds. Nice selection for cold breakfast. Very good location for accessing the town in a quiet street. Useful that we could leave our luggage in their 'sister' hotel right in the centre of town during the day before catching our train.

A Location is fantastic. So close to every attraction. The breakfast is also very good. The bike rental is just across the hotel.

Note that the hotel air conditioning system is switched off at different seasons for the entire building so you are unable to use room fan or aircon. The rooms are a little small and cramped. They were quite expensive so not good value for money. Some staff at the front were quite abrupt and not very friendly

The location is convenient to access the main historical town centre on foot. Close by you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a laundromat. The breakfast was traditional but nice and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.

The breakfast staff was really rude, she was not nice to the other staff members and did not listen nor help when asked questions. plus the cleaning came very early and just barged in to the room while we where still in bed, it happened both mornings. there was no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door.

The location was great, it was nice with a big balcony in the room.

This is a terrible scam and ruined our short holiday! For the fist time after years of booking trips and accommodation on booking.com we were tricked into staying in an apartment while we prefer and picked HOTEL. Instead of staying in a three star hotel and the expected level of service and accommodation - we ended up in a dodgy apartment which was badly furnished, looked like from pieces of old furniture, with terrible mattresses with dents in the middle. Noise from the Neighbours walking in clogs above us was an addition to the stay. Breakfast was served in 300m distant hotel Primavera, and on the last day of stay we had breakfast in hotel Meeting - with inedible and hard bread and staff who was ashamed of what was being served.

We did not like anything about the property. We did not want to stay in an apartment - and that is why we booked hotel but instead ended up in an apartment.

Breakfast could be better.

Few minutes walk from the city center and lake. The room was rather small for a family of four, but well equipped and modern. The breakfast was average but similar to other hotels in this category. You can find free parking slots around, but not so easy.

It is considered a bike hotel and while they work with a company who will help you get bikes, there are no guides like in other bike hotels. There are plenty of routes to be found on Komoot.

It’s a modest hotel, but the rooms are fairly large and very clean. The bed were comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The location was great.

The table in our appartement couldn't be unfolded. It might need a repair.

Despite that the annex building looks old from the outside it was a nice and clean appartement with a lot of space and a small kitchen. The location was perfect near the train station and in the city center. The breakfast was just fine, even though there were no hot meals. Upon asking we've got a great cappuccino too. We would definitely return, when we come again to Stresa.

Room dirty when we arrived and footprints left the next day, old bathroom furniture, very average breakfast, no adaptator to charge the computer even when asked.
